Staff very helpful never booked with hays travel before but would definitely recommend

As always, never have any doubt about Hays, staff are always so helpful and very professional.

Cannot praise our Kevin enough, we have a great relationship and never fail to have a sparkling visit as we always say Kev knows exactly what we want his advice is brilliant, we're off to Lanzarote this time which is a first for us.

Thanks to Kevin and all the guys at Hays Oldbury.

The staff were warm and friendly and really wanted to help.
Our holiday was booked with no fuss and it was no trouble to look at several options.

I would not book anywhere else ever sence you have started in oldbury, the staff are so helpful and welcoming. The advice and expertise on any destination is very welcome as I have mobility issues.

A wonderful reception with attentive staff on our arrival at the oldbury office. We were delighted with the result of our holiday booking with the guidance of Chantelle , thank you.

The Agent office is light, bright and clean. I liked how spacious it was and that made my booking experience quieter and personal with Maria my agent.
Maria was easy to talk to and I appreciated speaking with someone with years of experience.
There was some banter but not too much and my booking was easy and straightforward. Maria politely answered any questions I had with first rate knowledge.
My Travel insurance was also purchased with Maria that day and I could exchange money also on the premises.
I had a very positive experience with Hayes Travel.

Charli was great, easy to talk to had alot of patience. ( we weren't sure what we wanted as it was so last minute). Within 30 minutes we had booked and paid for what we hope will be a fantastic holiday!

I won’t mention other travel companies,but i will say all the staff members at hays travel have been exceptionally helpful.We’ve booked for America in 2 years time to 2 separate destinations and we went through several options regarding hotels and Chantelle was very patient and helpful
