All flights on time, no delays and easier than I expected getting through Heathrow and Hongkong.

Laura, our travel counsellor planned a trip of a lifetime for us involving flights, a cruise, hotels and transfers. Every part was seamless and I had the constant reassurance that Laura was at the end of the phone if needed. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Travel Counsellors, especially Laura to plan your holiday. It takes away all the stress and allows you to get the best from your holiday . Thank you so much we now have made memories to last a lifetime .

We had such a wonderful family adventure in Thailand thanks to Rebecca’s expertise. She made everything happen from arranging flights, booking accommodation, checking us in and even taking the stress out of rearranging flights for us last minute. She is like a holiday angel. Jan listened to what I was looking for, made constructive suggestions and guided me towards what I was looking for. She was also extremely efficient when changes were required due to severe weather.

We've had several wonderful holidays organised by Sarah Martin of Travel Counsellors.
Our 40th birthday trip to China and Japan was great. Every time Sarah had a question or encountered a problem, she already had three solutions in mind, we just had to pick the one we wanted.
We had a trip to Oslo where the accomodation we picked did not have flats with the combinations of beds we had been promised- she fixed it. On the way back from that trip, Heathrow was closed due to ice and the plane was cancelled. She booked us on a new plane immediately and even fixed that when the new plane was cancelled in the early hours of the morning.
We've just booked a trip to New Zealand and the things she suggested doing sound amazing.
So Sarah Martin is great at organising and planning holidays, but also fixing the things that go wrong, so you can enjoy your holiday with the minimum of stress.

I can honestly say the whole exeriance from the flight details and documents given by Louise Webster our travel Councellor and the trips arranged by her made our holiday one to remember. Louise visited us and sat and listened to what we wanted from the holiday and talked us through about Sorrento and the lovely experiance we could expect from our holiday and she also put us at ease about evetything about the Hotel and surrounding area

It was a difficult holiday in the sense that we had families travelling from America, Scotland and N. Ireland and Janine sorted all the travel and was a great help with organising Disney, lightening lanes etc.Our house held 17 and had everything we needed.Thankyou.

Discussion of itinerary where Caroline was able to come up with some really good options of things to do to maximise our experience in the time we had and some fantastic places to stay. Ensuring we kept to our budget and stringing together an itinerary that spanned 3 different countries.

Tamsin made the experience easy from start to finish. Exploring all the cabin options and answering all my questions about the suitability of the cruise for a multigenerational group.
It worked out perfectly and we all loved it. There were a couple of hiccups with the check in but that was technical and nothing that we could do about it.
Also the North Sea was a bit rough again nothing we could do about that we just had to wait it out.
Nothing was too much trouble for Tamsin and she even sent some thoughtful pre departure gives which was a wonderful touch and started our trip off with a bang.
Definitely recommend booking with Tamsin.

Travel Counsellors Gill Gallagher and Angela Parker developed an amazing itinerary for our recent once in a lifetime trip to Vietnam. They provided exceptional advice, guidance and answered our many questions. Wide Eyed Tours (the VN partner) local guides, transportation and hotels were exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use their services again and would recommend them.

Just got back from Japan (Tokyo, Matsumoto, Kyoto and Osaka) with my wife and three kids. All organised to perfection by Rebecca at Travel Counsellors. It was a mix of sightseeing, immersive experiences such as a sushi making class and lots of train travel, walking, shopping and exploring. All the potentially annoying stuff was sorted for us - train passes, taxis that actually showed up, day trip suggestions, tickets for Universal Studios and such. These are the details that matter and gave us the peace of mind to enjoy every moment rather than fret and sweat the small stuff. Highly recommended.
