I had a fantastic six week tour around Australia, tailored to my specific interests by an experienced expert in the region, and I enjoyed great support during the tour itself to help deal with a couple of minor issues which arose during my trip.

If you want a personal holiday experience then please use this company as trust me you will not be disappointed, be honest with them on what you want from a holiday and they will take care of literally everything for you

Carys joined us in a video call, initially for an hours discussion of our desire to visit Sri Lanka for the first time (at 70).

She sought details of our preferred holiday style then put together a two week tour, with a great variety of sightseeing, with enough time at each stop to avoid “living out of a suitcase”. This was all tailored to our budget and done with just three months leeway, in high season.

She was very knowledgeable and quickly built up a friendly rapport.

Carys was amazing, really lovely to speak to and after a half an hour call to understand what I was looking for she put together a fabulous itinerary. Changes weren't a problem and she sent through revisions in minutes

This was the first time we had used the services of Hayes and Jarvis and the whole trip proved to be first class. The service provided by Thidara Udomritkul here in the UK and Cuilin Groenendyk in Johannesburg was sublime, they were both brilliant and lovely people to deal with over the phone and also on FaceTime.

The resorts ,accommodation , trips and transfers planned to perfection. We had a fantastic 3 week experience in Australia and Singapore. Would highly recommend.

Tailor made trip provided with great attention from Carys. All our questions were answered, nothing was made to be too difficult and the positivity shown by Carys made me feel I was already on holiday.

We decided to do a bucket list trip to Peru next year. We chose H&J because of the operators we looked at, Bethany was the one who most closely listened to what we wanted and matched her recommendations accordingly. We then had a long Zoom meeting with Bethany to finalise all the details. She was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. We now have a super holiday to look forward to, and I have nothing but positives to say about the booking experience.

We used Hayes and Jarvis to organise a special trip for our 30th wedding anniversary in Sept/Oct 2025. The attention to detail and personalised service was exceptional and made our Southern Tanzania 2-centre safari followed by a week on Pemba Island an unforgettable experience. From my first phone call with James and Shagufta I knew that I was speaking to people who were experienced and of a caring nature.
A clear vision for my holiday was discussed and james then sent me a comprehensive itinerary for me to review. The review did not take long as james had listened to all of my requests during our telephone call.
So it was done, I agreed to travel to Singapore Australia and New zealand on my own. Before I embarked on my holiday I spoke to my trip coordinator Shagufta. She was so calm and measured and made me feel relaxed about my holiday.
I felt safe and comfortable knowing that I could contact Shagufta to ask a question or confirm anything that I was unsure of.
Even though I was physically on my own, I knew that I was not on my own as Shagufta was just a call away.
Thank you both for not only giving me a fantastic holiday but also allowing me achieve a long term personal goal.

From the word go, we have been listened to, understood and treated as if we were the only customers that mattered, our holiday was amazing and we would redo it in a heartbeat, I do not recommend companies or services lightly as I wouldn’t want to go wrong with a recommendation myself, we work hard for our money and want to get value for it, Hayes and Jarvis are brilliant!

Thidara was exceptional, she was super helpful and happy to make lots of changes and did so in a timely way. She made the process seamless and we would happily book through the company again after such an amazing experience with Thidara, thank you so much Thidara, you have been a superstar!
