MOT test
Arrived 10 mins early for MOT. Car was ready 45 mins later. Staff courteous and friendly. Spacious and clean waiting area. I have used the Cheltenham branch several times now and it is usually first port of call for non-specialised jobs.

MOT at Halfords Beckenham - Great experience!
Recently got my car MOTd at Halfords Beckenham. Super easy to book online, reminders and postcode of centre sent by text (which were all greatlly appreciated). Customer service was excellent and it only took an hour. Really impressed!

Diagnostic check
Booked in for a diagnostic check, they provided machine error codes but they were unable to interpret them or even advise on someone who could. Completely pointless service!

Very professional service
Very professional service, they found the sensor on the TPS had sheared off when they removed the tyre and was loose in the tyre. Although it was a Saturday morning Katie rang around until she could get a replacement part that was delivered in an hour. As my car is a driving tuition vehicle that meant a lot to me as I could get back on the road asap

Booked a free brake check, Perth, Scotland
Booked a free brake check on line with Halfords, Perth. The car was diagnosed with a prompt requirement to change the discs and pads. I was shown the condition of the well worn old parts. New parts were ordered and fitted next day and I was kept notified of the what was happening and when to collect the car. First class service from Crawford in sorting everything out for me. See you for the MOT in December. 👍

Great experience with the Camberley…
Great experience with the Camberley Halfords team. I managed to book an appointment online which was an easy and quick process. When I arrived at garage friendly and helpful staff who explained clearly how long it would take. Updated me when needed to order part in to fix problem with car. Resolved on the day for me. Overall positive experience and reasonable price too! Compared to other garages, charged me a fair price.
