Friendly and very helpful
Apart from the welcome as you enter their premises I found them very knowledgeable in explaining the work being done and having the patience to answer my numerous questions.

Massive thanks to Lindsey at Ipswich…
Massive thanks to Lindsey at Ipswich Halfords who helped me today chose the right bike for me and my baby to start our biking journey. Lindsey was super knowledgable, patient and showed me the different options and explaining each bike to me! I left the shop with a bike I felt comfortable with and safe for us both to be in! Thanks again Lindsey and really appreciate your help and knowledge :)

Tyre replacement
Tyre replacement - All looked to have been completed quickly and efficiently at first, only on next driving the car to discover in the course of fitting the technician has caught or damaged the cars tyre sensor leaving an illuminated eml on the dash. I will take this up with the local store with a view to resolving.

Fantastic Customer Service
All the staff at Halfords Cribbs Causeway were great. They actually looked like they were enjoying their jobs. Big shout out to Josh who helped me find the right oil and topped my car up. Fantastic, speedy service.

When my MOT failed (windscreen wipers)
When my MOT failed (windscreen wipers), I was recommended to go to the nearest shop as they did not have them in stock, get them fitted and return for a retest. All done in 30 minutes and saved me booking in for another MOT.

Full Service completed staff friendly…
Full Service completed staff friendly and helpful. MOT was cancelled last minute due to situations out of their control but the lady handling all the rearranging of appointments was very helpful even though super busy was friendly and efficient in getting me in a sister branch before my MOT expires.

Booked in to Torquay for a brake check
Booked in to Torquay for a brake check. Brakes virtually failed on the way there. They took the car in, found the problem and fixed. In the end for less then they originally quoted! Very helpful staff.

Booked a brake check at the Longwell…
Booked a brake check at the Longwell Green branch, arrived in plenty of time for the 8.30am appointment. Website said it would take around 1 hour, and any new pads can usually be fitted that day. Was told it wouldn't be done until 1pm, so had to arrange to be collected instead of waiting. At 3pm, still no call. I called them and was told they were very busy and it hadn't even gone on the ramp yet! So they therefore wouldn't be able to fit any pads today. If they had told me this at 8am, I would have done elsewhere. The man was extremely dismissive and rude. I will never use this service again!
