Completed an online valuation to gain an estimated valuation for personal interest reasons only.
I'm called multiple times per day to arrange a formal valuation. The first two calls received I explained I do not want a formal valuation. I have now received over 41 calls since 15th August,repeatedly requesting a time and date for a formal valuation. I've blocked the number and now receive multiple voicemails again asking for me to get in touch....
I wish I'd never used their online valuation tool, as they won't stop calling

I originally signed an agreement with Butters John Bee, which was taken over by Haart & Co. Over a seven year period, they have conducted only TWO property inspections, despite the contract stipulating ANNUAL inspections.

I have always taken direct action to physically manage the property i.e. gas safety certificate, electrical safety certificate, gas boiler servicing, property repairs required by the tenant etc. They have ALWAYS tried to impose their services at more than TWICE the price on the market.

As management agents, I would have expected market rent advice. At NO TIME has Haarty & Co given any advice on rent increase.

Overall, they have taken thousands in fees fro me but have delivered ZERO benefit to me.

I recently served notice on them terminating the management agreement. Despite reminders, after more than six weeks, I have had no acknowledgement from them.

I suggest that when considering a property management agents that you DO NOT consider Haart & Co.
