Dealt with Bradley at haart Wimbledon , great guy , sound and professional

A large haart sign "To Let" was abandoned by the bins just inside the property I'm living in, in Wimbledon. I contacted their lettings email address for them to come and collect it, but was ignored. I had to drag it there myself. If the Wimbledon office cannot show their own neighbours some basic courtesy, I doubt they'll be much kinder to their clients.

Haart Wimbledon/ Sutton - Be warned..never sign a letting agreement with Haart. Their maintenance service is non-existent, I had 5 trip Hazards in the kitchen in one year, I had the toilet blocked where I couldn't use it for 8 days. They saw to a faulty washing machine after one Month of notifying them. They don't maintain the houses properly(you have to keep calling them and leaving messages, most of the time they ignore it). The Staff are terrible. They will not respond to calls or emails, but they will call you first thing on a Monday morning to chase for rent you have already paid. I remember delaying rent payment to ensure that they see to repairs. Every day I had different person calling me chasing me, I had to tell them that they need to allocate that task to one person to deal with so that I don't have to explain things to different people calling me every single day, they will harass you but if you are trying to get hold of them for repairs or the return of a deposit they will ignore you. Un-ethical business model. High turn-over of staff. I moved out 6 weeks ago I am still waiting for the return of my deposit. Guess what I have emailed, called and left messages.....still don't know if I will receive my deposit...stay away from Haart. Unprofessional staff...some staff talk to you asif they are doing you a favour......been shouted at in the past by staff... STAY AWAY FROM HAART. Although HAART responded to this review saying that they will respond to my email immediately, that was too good to be true, I have emailed them as per their advice...still no response or indication as to when I should expect the return of my deposit....its almost 2 Months since I moved out of the property.

Warren Smouse was extremely helpful when I needed to re-locate in a pinch and found me somewhere quickly! Wouldn't hesitate with going with Warren again.

We had a viewing in Wimbledon with the estate agent ( Warren Smouse ). The viewing was great and the agent was very knowledgeable about the property and the area.

The Agent, Warren Smouse, had all the relevant knowledge and very Friendly.

I've Had a great experience with them. They have helped with answering all of my many questions. I have been working with Warren who is very easy going knows exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect property for me to rent. I intend on working with them again even if I do not renew my tenancy

I am very disappointed with the service at the Wimbledon branch. It is unbelievable and shocking how unprofessional this agency behaves. I moved out of the property on January 19, 2023 and still have not received my deposit back even after several urgings. I just keep hearing that I will be contacted and told to send my account details and so on. This is repeated over and over again, my emails are forwarded to other people who simply do not respond. I emailed them all again this morning regarding the deposit. So far no reply. It's really frustrating.

Never have I dealt with an estate agency with such a poor organisational structure. Been going back and forth with them for weeks over my deposit and everyday it’s literally the same lie of “we’ll sort this out and get back to you later”. Only to then have to go through the same process the next day.

I rented a house at Wimbledon from haart. Inspite of a generous promise from them to sorted out many issues(broken bathroom, leak kitchen connection, filthy large mattress, filthy floors, broken outdoor handles, broken gardens wood gate, misplased and faulty carbon mono and fire alarm)..nothing happened. The managers involved did not care and no action done, only action transfered us to other haart location(from Wimbledon to Sutton branch)..Merton council stood with us , unfortunetally powerless.
I strongly advise you not to trust them(Josh was the agent)...not to sign the contract whatever there promise unless they done the issues you asked and required by you.....Put everything in writing before you sign.....Again do not trust what they said, there incompetant managers are after your money

Haart Wimbledon will literally move any standard of tenant into a property. Most of the positive reviews I've read are from potential tenants/applicants, I doubt landlords would be so pleased. Tenants are clearly not referenced properly. Their tenants will wreck properties, use them as drug dens, and commit anti social behaviour and Haart Wimbledon will do nothing. If you're a landlord and you care about your property, go elsewhere.

From start to finish I received a no hassle perfect service. Rhiannon and Zed were fantastic - helpful, thoughtful, patient and kind who went to endless trouble to make sure that letting my flat was easy - for me and for my tenant. They did a great job for my tenant and for myself!

I have worked with zed and his team on many properties that they provide me with. They are hands down the best agents in town in terms of customer service and professionalism. Great doing business 👍

Have spoken to the team many years ago... spoke to the new manager zed and I must he is great👍 He knows all the regulations behind letting a property and that’s the kind of person I want to let my property through. Looking forward to doing business with them
