Have recently been dealing with Ewan Plank who was trying to help me find a rental property. Unfortunately I found through another agent but Ewan’s communication was excellent. He listened, kept in touch, was very friendly and personable whilst always being professional. Excellent Estate Agent, thanks Ewan!

This agency was the first I chose when I put my flat on the rental market. Speaking with an agent who prioritizes gaining your business over your interests is not obvious at first. After 3 years of Haart fully managing my flat, I have nothing positive to say about them. While I can commend two staff members during that time, my overall experience with Haart has been unsatisfactory, and I do not recommend them. For instance, they allowed my tenants to take away two mobile heaters that I reimbursed them for purchasing. They charged for professional cleaning that never took place, leaving less obvious areas unclean. Communication was often poor, yet they had no issue taking their fees at source. I urge you to do your due diligence before entrusting your peace of mind to this estate agent.

Zain was very helpful and welcoming at the viewing. He helped me with good answers towards all the questions I had in regards to the property and deposit! Very lucky for him!

Special thanks to David Brownbill he was with us two difficult weeks , really supported and explained all steps. Now is so difficult to find and renting the property , but his positive gave me hope . I've not received a single Property Income Statement on time since March. I had to point out that the tenants had underpaid rent.

I have to email repeatedly and did raise a complaint. I've so far received an apology but I'd sincerely like to change letting agents as I'm tired of being ignored.

I'm paying for a fully managed service and yet Haart are unable to fulfill the most basic aspect of it.

about three years ago they helped me to get the great room and they shows respect to customers and helped me a lot. although it is a little bit slow to get my deposit back when I moved out, but they still deserve a five star. thanks to Haart in Reading.

emailed Joanne Kettle at Haart and got rapid response, confirmed that my deposit would be returned next working day

The team at Haart Earley are truly wonderful. They go above and beyond to help and have been managing our properties for a number of years. I could not ask for a more professional, kind and more caring bunch of individuals. Huge thank you to David and his team!!!

David has been very responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process of me finding and moving into a new property. All those “big names” estate agencies in Reading should learn a thing or two from the Haart Earley branch.

I would like to give a Thumps Up to Haart Letting as they are truly professional & Diligent.

Prompt most of the time, required some nudges along the way but I think this was due to the delay with working with the portal rather than it all being done in-house. Very happy with the end result!
