Heart were great with my hous purchase. Compared to other agents in the local area they understood exactly what I wanted and helped progress my sale. Very happy with Naz my agent in the brakcnell branch. Comms was great at each stage.

I am so upset, they took my deposit, 220.00, which was ok, but the property fell though and now, I have no money, left for food.
Haart company should be shut down. All they care is about taking money. Making you wait ages, to let you have the property…
Don’t recommend this company and don’t rate them either.

This estate agent should be shut down. After finding a tenant who stopped paying the rent I'm going to have to take him through court proceedings to get him evicted. The lettings manager Chloe Milton is an absolute disgrace and the organisation should be ashamed to have such an incompetent person working for them. Once I've dealt with the tenant I'll deal with the estate agent.

Rohan came to value our property and gave us a honest valuation and advice. He was very professional, polite, attentive and above all there was no pressure to put the property on the market. I highly recommend him at Haart Estate Agents and will go to them when we are ready.

Jasmin is a very good and polite broker who knows how to provide you with any information you need promptly, politely and professionally. My experience with Jasmin was positive and very pleasant.

This is the worst Estage Agents The Bracknell Branch . Complete incompetence.. . They are complete time waisters and messers. Do not use if you dont want to be messed around .

Have been trying to get in contact for over 4 weeks about the property managers/landlord breaking my tenancy agreement. Have been ignored the whole time email after email no response. No point in calling as no one is ever there, the other team always say someone will call back even if put on a 'priority list' but they never call back. As a tenant who is disabled with severe mental health issues, this is completely unacceptable to be ignored over something that is effecting my wellbeing everyday.

This is my second time using Haart and as is standard with the ladies there Jasmine and Jenni were fantastic. It was a really simple and smooth process their communication is great and I would highly recommend using them

Once again Jennifer and Jasmine have gone above and beyond all expectations in providing myself a very professional service.

In the current Covid climate and situation we are faced the processes put in place by Jennifer are flawless from start to finish.

Also working closely with the Jasmine throughout the process, she provided myself with an exceptional service, always most very professional and kept me informed of everything all the way throughout.
