The company called a non-relative with no connection to the sale of my late father’s home, after seeking out details from a database somewhere to try and steal the sale from my estate agents. They did this after seeing the house for sale on Rightmove. Totally underhand, unprofessional, immoral actions. If this is the value base they use, can you really trust them with your house sale? And to top it off- I had to ask them to apologise, no apology offered.
There must be better agents in Grantham. Avoid at all costs.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. (GRANTHAM)
They put my house on the market below market value,I have a 4 bed 4 bathroom house, haarts listed it as a 4 bed flat, so I missed the important first days listing on alerts, I told them strictly "no board" I came home from work the next day there was a board up. Did viewings and sold to a cash buyer on the same day, I spoke to the agent and he said "your garage is huge!" He never even measured it! the buyer lives abroad so that took more time which I agree wasn't his fault. They put Sold STC on my property and stopped all viewings after being told there was no further interest. All you will get from them is to blame each other, I was with them for 10 days and took ot off the market even with a cash buyer, they are arrogant, incompetent and have very poor Communication. I now have to start again from the beginning. Go with ant other agent or do it yourself because that's what you will be doing anyway as every mistake had to be pointed out by myself. Absolute shambles!
