I deal with Poonam Saini who always works hard to represent my best interests.

The overall Haart processes and underlying technology for managing property are totally and utterly below minimum requirements, terrible, and it is people like Poonam who are holding it together.

One of the worst letting agency in Hayes. The letting manager doesn’t have any knowledge about legal procedures. He is only looking to let. Zero communication via phone, email. You will regret if you go with them.

It wasn’t great it was fantastic service from Harmeet Kaur and Gurinder Sodhi she made the journey very smooth received the key and I was very pleased with the kindness approach. I would recommend to anyone seeking a place they will guide you in every way.

I would like thank Ragav for helping me in buying the house. Ragav is a person will work with you to make your desires a reality. Ragav was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence he and his team would get the job done – and they did!

Hear agency I would highly recommend to everyone. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. Hi guys, I don't want to give any star but no option, need to give something so given. Haart Hayes branch is one of the worst estate agents. Top to bottom they are fraud, corrupted, no manners, always delay, dishonest, very rude, tricky, setup fraud documents, lack of staff, never answer the phone, hardly reply, unprofessional staff, say something & do something, over claim money without do the service, etc. How comes none of the customers didn’t give 1 star or 2 star or 3 star or 4 star and all give 5 stars only. Its full of setup and don't get in to this trap. I have very bad experience with them and last eight months tenant didn't paid the rent ( I have rent grantee and all the necessary documents too ) and even Haart didn't do anything. Even for courtesy they never call me, mail or post too. Now, I have taken this matter to the court and court proceedings are going on. I promised you all what I mentioned is true and please don't waste your valuable time, money, effort and property. After all of this you will be sick and get hospitalised. Find a good estate agent with peace of mind. " I don't know they can publish this review else I will put it into the YouTube, FB, Instagram, twitter, etc... Thank you
