I would never recommend anyone to use Haarts even state agents. I sold my flat with them and they suggested I use their solicitors. What mistake that was, impossible to contact very unhelpful when you did. I came out of this with no monies what so ever all taken up in costs.i am 79 and really struggling with costs

I have just sold a property with heart and I must say they are the most professional company I have ever dealt with. My main contact was with Maddie Hubbard she was amazing and kept me updated at every step of the way and a lovely young lady to deal with.

Chantal really helped and she supported me along the way in buying my first house she was very understanding and understood that I didn’t really know what I was doing. Chantal was very calm and answered all my questions and told me exactly what was happening and what to do next. I am grateful for her help along the way. The worst professional service I have ever encountered in my life.
Don't be fooled by the kindness you receive on your first visit (normal for those selling a service anyway), over time you will discover the inability and total disorganization.
However, if you really are convinced to use Haart in Clacton, at least make sure that the solicitor will NOT be JsLaw, in which case you start to fear for your mental health and your money.
But, if you really want to move forward, remember to record all the conversations you have with Haart staff on your phone, so that their lies can be more easily refuted

With the help and guidance of Rhianna I would highly recommend this Estate Agents. I have dealt with a few in the area and their services have been atrocious but with Rhianna at Hart our rental experience was smooth, friendly and professional

never get back to you. we wanted to view at least 3 properties with them. 1 was for my partner to buy and one for myself, the third one was a investment to rent. If you want to move to clacton, try sheens or leaders, they are great. Unfortunately they did not have the properties we were interested in, but luckily, we have found properties in sussex and are happy with are move
