I recently had problems with a broken shower at my property. My letting agent Sarah Parsely dealt with it all efficiently, keeping me informed at all times. She has also dealt with several smaller issues for me over the past 12 months.

Our experience with Emma Scott was the best I’d ever encountered. After a really bad experience with another company, I was unsure on how my next move would be. Emma explained things thoroughly, kept us updated along the way, made time for extra viewings so we could measure up, and kept in contact after the move. Highly recommended service. Thankyou.

Sarah Parsley is efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and works relentlessly for both the tenant and landlord.

Sarah at Haart Torquay has been exceptionally helpful at providing support and management for my rental property. She has dealt with out of office hours / emergency requests quickly and calmly, giving reassurance to both myself and the tenant. She took control of communications with the relevant contractors to resolve various issues even when it was not necessarily her responsibility - above & beyond service.

I can't fault Sarah Parsley..Any problem I had she always answered them if she could and kept me up to date with information..Most importantly she always returned my call if I left a message..she gave excellent service, was very professional and I would highly recommend her if you are using Haarts..
