Excellent service, product and price thank you…oh and super fast delivery!

I have always wanted a Coverlock machine. Reading about them there are pros and cons.
Last month, I looked at GUR site, as I had purchased an overlocker.
I saw they had a Coverlock by NOVUM, and being happy with the overlocker by same manufacturer, also a reduced price, I took the plunge.
The machine arrived the next day. I wanted to use it immediately but had things to do.
Today, I decided I had sufficient time to give the machine a try. It is a little noisier than my sewing machine, but guessing there is a lot of mechanics in there, as there are in an overlocker.
All I can say is ‘Fantastic’
I hemmed a piece of stretch material it hemmed like a dream! Beautiful even and no rolled or overstretched finish. I am so happy and feel my autumn will be filled with making lots of stretch dresses-my preferred garment.
If you are in the market for a Coverlock, this one comes highly recommended and dealing with the company is great-their emails are always friendly and they answer questions promptly.

Great prices and speedy delivery. Overlocker - Jaguar Novum Supa Lock 488 - comes with good variety of feet and tools. It's pre-threaded though this machine is super-simple to thread with great instructions.

I was given time to explore my new sewing machine to make sure it was right for me. The staff were so helpful .

I bought a replacement foot for my sewing machine which, when it arrived, did not fit. I returned it promptly in the condition in which it was received but was only refunded 88% of the sales price.

This is in accordance with the returns policy which I had not read as it never occurred to me that returning a part within 14 days in identical condition to that in which is was received would incur such such an invidious charge.

Buyers beware - most unimpressed.

Great prices and service. Order dispatched and would have been delivered within a few days, but the courier driver went to wrong address. GUR sorted out problem same day and my Cover stitcher delivered promptly.

I was looking for a new sewing machine for a long time when I came across GUR Sewing Machines online. After much research I decided to purchase a Jaguar 405 demo which was at an excellent price. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions. I received my machine within a couple of business days and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you GUR.

Ordered on fri and arrived at 08.15 to my home fantastic service. I was going to buy from Amazon it would of been here sat but I thought go with a shop to help and I’m pleased I did as I got a free bad to store it in.

Smelt VERY VERY fusty - no labels on the item as was in the photos.

Still smells fusty after being left open to freshen up for a week, so will end up in my local charity shop!

Guess you get what you pay for - but if I was told it was old, then there's no way I would have even bought it!
