I recently purchased a new BAI Mirror embroidery machine, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

From the beginning, the entire process was smooth and easy. I chose to pick up my machine from the Houston warehouse, and everything was organized, straightforward, and hassle-free. The pickup experience was much easier than I expected.

One of the things that has impressed me the most is the customer support. Luke and Corey have been absolutely amazing in helping me learn and navigate my new machine. As a new owner, I’ve had plenty of questions, and they have always been quick to respond and willing to help.

Even with the time difference, their response time has been incredibly fast. It’s reassuring to know that support is just a message away whenever I need assistance. Their patience, knowledge, and dedication to customer success have made the learning process so much easier and less intimidating.

The machine itself has been fantastic, but the outstanding support from Luke and Corey is what truly sets BAI apart. If you’re considering purchasing a BAI embroidery machine, I highly recommend it. The quality of the machine combined with the excellent customer service makes it a great investment.

My husband I were interested in an embroidery machine to add onto our business InfiniteVIII Design (co2 laser/uv laser, and uv dtf) and wanted something with high quality, affordability and support especially for beginners. We had our first look when we visited the expo in Long Beach CA. It didn’t take much convincing when we spoke to the staff and decided to purchase the Bai vision embroidery machine. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and the sample live embroidery that they were making/showing looked of high quality. After receiving our machine which was packed amazingly…(we even saved the box and repurposed it as a work table) we watched bai tutorial on YouTube for unboxing, assembling, and trouble shooting(great source). We also joined the Bai Facebook group for support and even had Bai representative name Luke Ren giving us continuous support through our journey as beginners. Overall I would recommend Bai embroidery machine for its quality, pricing, and support.

I'm new to embroidery. Two months ago, I went to the Bai warehouse in Atlanta to pick up my machine and received hands-on training. Steven was the trainer and was very thorough. He did an amazing job showing me how to use everything and how to maintenance my machine.
I watched all of the YouTube videos provided by my sales rep, Erica. I've only had one minor issue when setting up. When Steven wasn't able to assist, he got Luke to step right in. After that I hit the ground running. No issues whatsoever. I haven’t needed support as everything has gone smoothly. The reps in the FB groups are very supportive with helping people with issues. Majority of question and problems I see in the groups are user error. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bai support team is AMAZING! After searching the Facebook group for answers. I did anything to help me with my problem so I reached out to them. And Woody responded to me and immediately and had Luke contact me to help me with my error. Within no time Luke had my problem resolved. I had no down time, they got me back up and running asap and is amazing. I'm blow away at the Bai team's customer service! I'm so happy I chose the Bai embroidery machine. I 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a embroidery machine.

I'm a new BAi embroidery machine owner and have had to reach out for support several times since my purchase in December. Most, if not all, of my issues are new user related and have nothing to do with the machine. Even so support has been quick to respond (note that they are in China so their schedule is a little different than my typical one here in the US). They have helped me solve all of my issues quickly and completely. I am delighted with both the machine and the continued support I've received.

I own a Bai mirror embroidery machine, and I want to share my experience. Initially, I struggled because only needle 15 wouldn’t trim, while the other functions worked perfectly. As a new Bai user, I was quite frustrated trying to fix the issue on my own. I spent hours searching on YouTube but couldn't find a solution until I discovered Wonder Liu on Facebook. He was incredibly helpful, guiding me to contact the technicians and even creating a support message group. When I explained my problem, they responded within minutes. Following their instructions, the technician immediately fixed the issue.

The best experience ever with customer service, technical support and the machine (bai mirror 15needles) amazing excellent product and quality… I have more than 1 year with my machine and always they answer any question or problem that I have.

I had to contact customer service for a minor issue with my Mirror machine. responded quickly. He sent me a video showing how to fix the problem. It was a simple adjustment that took me only 1 minute to do, and my machine was back up and running for a long production session!

When I was going through the decision making process my rep was super helpful in answering all my questions as well as in detail explaining everything! I've Owened embroidery machines for a few years before buying a Bai and wanted it more specifically for hat embroidery and 2 weeks in I'm loving it!

The buying experience was great, although I was a little nervous buying this machine online. But the customer service is absolutely fantastic, from shipping to answering questions to sending videos of how to solve a problem. I have the Bai 2 head Vision…, never embroidered in my life. I bought it Oct 2025… it’s been a huge learning curve but I’ve had my issues or questions answered with a fast response and Luke Ren hands down knows everything about this machine inside and out!!!
