I brought a Brother Embroidery machine .early last year, costing £7.500 .ididnt get all features mentioned on the box ,Gur wouldn’t give me these items ,my friend got them on a machine costing less from other retailer .ive since been having trouble with machine ,it’s under warranty but they said I had to pay for service and collection ,very disgusted with after care service

This is the second machine that I have purchased from GUR Sewing machines within the last couple of weeks and again, the service was fabulous and the machine appears to be great. It's a much more complicated machine (Janome M7) than the first so it's going to take some time to get to know it. It was an ex-demonstration model and to be honest, I can't believe what a fantastic bargain I appear to have got. Thank you

I bought a Brother CV3550 coverstitch machine and initially had difficulties getting a good result. I contacted the Team at GUR as I thought I might need to return the machine.Palma couldn’t have been more helpful. The problem is now resolved, ( needed different needles which he immediately sent me). I would highly recommend this company, Palma made me feel confident that if I couldn’t get on with the machine that I would not end up stuck with it! Great service!

I ordered an Novum easylock, however they sent me a completely different machine. I messaged them and they got back to me within the hour, they apologised and arranged for the machine to get picked up and swapped with the machine I ordered. Excellent customer service.

The machine arrived safe and sound. Everything was as described on the Web page so I was happy.

Superb customer service. Ordered Janome needle threaders for my 5060QDC. Arrived quickly, but unfortunately one damaged during transit. Emailed GUR to inform them and received a reply the next day, promptly issued with a replacement and an apology. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for Janome products. Always the very best prices, fast shipping and superb customer service.

Quite pleased with my new overlocker. Came in a box with all bits and bobs, and also came already threaded ( thank goodness) was dreading this part. Ultra fast postage, and thank you so much for sending it with treaded with four spools.

I just have to say one tiny tiniest thing, the package has a particular smell like had been kept in a store stuffy room or something of the sort.
Made me feel quite icky, I aired it all out, including the fabrics that I bought, which were a great buy.
Maybe this is something you haven’t noticed much.

Apart from that, was an amazing service, I love my machine, works very well, easy, fast and has excellent choices of things to do. And I could see that had been oiled and looked over before sent out. Would I recommend your company to others?

I bought the item on 1st September and paid for it to be delivered on 5th. It arrived on the 10th. So that’s less than good. However the product itself is as described.
