Ordered a foot for my sewing machine . Great communication from the seller ( called to check I would accept an earlier deliver than requested ) and delivered very quickly - very impressed would definately buy from GUR again

I phoned for advice to ask which was the best coverstitch machine for my needs. I was thinking of buying a more expensive one. Mr GUR was very kind to explain the difference and advised the mid range machine was ideal for my purpose. To think about it and order when I was ready. No pressure which was great.
I ordered and it was delivered in 24 hours. I have not used it yet as it has only just come out of the box.

Only ordered the machine foot yesterday afternoon and received at 9-45 this morning, excellent service, will definitely use again.

I emailed for advice as I couldn't find my model of Janome sewing machine and I needed a replacement part. Email was answered the next day with a link sent with the relevant part. I ordered it and it arrived less than 24 hours later. Excellent! Thank you.

The way in which the website is set up means that finding the right accessories for your sewing machine is so much less daunting! I was able to order the correct accessories without difficulty, they were delivered without delay and communication was good throughout.

Ease of use and simplicity

I upgraded my wife's embroidery machine from a basic to a mid range domestic embroidery machine. GUR Sewing machines were extremely efficient and a very prompt 2 day delivery by courier was used with free delivery included. Ordered a new overlocker. I sew casually so wanted the cheapest one I could find. It came already threaded and tested which meant I could start using it straight away. I have rethreaded it since then and it seems pretty easy to do. Great thanks

Excellent service and quality. I had been looking for an overlocker and this one really filled the brief. Exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. They also offer a longer warranty than the manufacturer which was impressive. I have purchased small bits from them in the past; but this was my biggest purchase to date. I would highly recommend them.

Product and GUR representative excellent. However, Royal Mail delivery substandard, failed to deliver on requested date.
