The website was easy to navigate to find the machine I wanted and ordering was simple, my machine arrived on the day specified. After reading the instruction manual I was easily able to program my design with the touch screen and complete my first project with the free starter gift.

Website is great with handy videos. Very quick delivery and free gift with my overlocker. Fully set up and threaded ready to use out of the box. Made a quick bag as a test and super pleased with the result.

Having decided to make the move to upgrade my basic overlocker the GUR website made it so easy to compare and make my choice to my budget - my Jaguar Novum Supa Lock 488 arrived next day, as promised, with 4 really useful additional feet, and threaded with coloured threads. Rethreaded to black with ease, what a difference, very clear instructions and very easy to use - very happy customer.

Machine hasn't worked from straight out the box
I've rung x 3 and sent 4 emails
Followed the cut and paste "advice" it's not a user issue
It showed an E5 fault from switching on
I'm. Very disapointed having bought a Jaguar from GUR before
I know how these machines are meant to work, hence coming back to repurchase
I am left out of pocket with a machine that has never worker from the first time it was switched on

I ordered a new sewing machine on Friday early afternoon and it arrived the next day at lunchtime.
The website is easy to use and I like to pay with PayPal which they offer. Their prices are comparable to other dealers.
I will definitely be using them again for my sewing supplies.

My overlocker was reduced in price and arrived very quickly. I am delighted.

Thought machine was great then all I did was change the thread and the needle threader wouldn’t work don’t months trying tog to get them to sort it and finally got them to take the machine back now they are saying it’s user error which it is not and won’t retain machine unless I pay £30, disgusting customer service.

Great prices, great service. I got an email alerting me to saving of £100 on my wish list sewing machine Janome 5270QDC. So easy to order, came earlier than first stated but easy to reschedule, reverted to original date. Great advice for which machine would suit me and I'm confident, IF I have any problems, GUR could offer assistance or advice.

The Jaguar DQS 401 machine arrived within 2 days. I purchased it for my wife whose very old machine had packed in and she absolutely loves it. The purchase experience was easy and I would highly recommend this company
