Great company to deal with
Very easy to order online. Great customer service before and after ordering my machine.
I had a problem with the delivery company that Janome used but after a chat with Palma he got everything sorted for me.
I have no hesitation recommending this company and would buy from them again

exceptional purchase, perfection
Excellent experience of purchasing an ex demo model sewing machine. Fabulous price, super quick service, excellent delivery. I cannot fault any of it, perfection. Other companies could learn from GUR sewing machines, I am genuinely so happy with my purchase.

Great service and fast delivery
Easy ordering system, prompt response and next day delivery free. Whats not to like. The Brother machine itself is light weight and sews beautifully and will save me having to get out my large embroidery machine to do small projects.

Brother 2104D overlocker
I bought the Brother 2104D overlocker. I am very pleased with the machine and with the service from GUR Sewing Machines.Ordering was easy and the machine was dispatched ready for next day delivery. I had gone into my local branch of a well known crafting store, but they had no overlockers in stock. A very helpful assistant told me she had this machine and had purchased it from GUR, who I had not heard of before but I was glad of the recommendation. The machine is great to use and I have had no problems threading it. It is my first overlocker and seems ideal for what I will use it for.

Fantastic service would definitely recommend
Online order process was very easy. I had a couple of questions about the specifications of the sewing and contacted their customer support line. The phone was answered very quickly and my questions were answered. Delivery was very speedy. The machine is fabulous very pleased with it and would definitely buy from GUR again.
