I rang GUR the man Parma was so helpful sent me a link for me to order on.
He then rang me back to check all was OK and said he was packing up the sewing machine I had purchased, I received the machine next day couldn't have asked for better service, so helpful.

Hello, I bought a box of high quality embroidery thread each one has 550 meters of really beautifull colours they are a clearance line with a big discount, I recommend these get some whilst you still can.

Excellent service - there was an issue with my machine and they were very quick to reply and send a replacement - would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I was thrilled to find Southwestern US print fabric and at a really good price. (It takes me to my favourite holiday place). Delivery was prompt. Will add this to my list of fabric searches. Some lovely unusual fabrics, thank you.

This is my second time ordering a machine form GUR.
They have really gone far and beyond any other supplier I have dealt with. The machine I ordered was meant to be sent from the manufactures to myself. They however incorrectly sent it to the sewing shop. Who, then organised a same day delivery at considerable cost to themselves from Birmingham to a London postcode. They also included a nice box of freebie extras including threads, scissors, spare needles (all well known brands) and a non slip table mat for my machine to sit on. Excellent service.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Customer service was exceptional with updates throughout the process. Ordered late one evening and delivered the next day. Super helpful staff and a pleasure to purchase from them.

The sewing machine arrived promptly on the day I wanted. The machine arrived well packaged. I have used it and very happy with it

I was really surprised when it arrived next day, especially with it being just before Christmas. The size was a surprise, much bigger than I thought it would be. Plenty enough for my quilting. Really looking forward to finishing off my current project.

The pre sales advice was very good, and they got back to me very quickly. I bought the Brother M380d sewing/embroidery machine and some other accessories. All came very quickly, the next day. Packed well and good products. I highly recommend GUR having used them a few times before they have never disappointed.

I was disappointed to find that this was not a branded spare part. It wasn't made clear in the item description
