I ordered 3 items from you for Christmas gifts and it arrived incomplete. I contacted you and situation solved. I've ordered from you in the past and have always had a positive experience.

I'm still waiting for a response to replace one of the pans I bought because the handle is loose. I provided a picture and it has been over a week with no response. All I want to do is swap it out. Customer service is not strong

Love the pans. Very Nice looking works well on my RV stove top - Bonus. Love having lids that fit most pots/pans - I do not like how hot the handles get while cooking. My other set had metal handles that were not screwed directly into the pan and never got hot to the touch. 4 1/2 Stars. JJ

Shipping is slow, i ordered the 11th, its now the 16th and instead of my order going west to southern illinois its headed east almost an hour in the wrong direction.
Also im seeing quite a lot of bad reviews and the set i ordered is now at a lower price and i dont even have mine yet.
They wont honor the lower price.

Cheese stuck to the pan. Definitely is not non-stick. Would not recommend.

the pans are great, easy to cook and easy to clean.

2 wishes. I wish the handles wouldn't get hot and I wish the big skillet I got at Costco had a lid.

I like the nonstick features of the pan but it is stained after first use on the outside of the pan, which is disappointing.

GreenPan customer service is top notch! Unfortunately, I have needed them much too often.
The GreenPan Frost is a great idea and extremely versatile, but it does suffer from one major design flaw. The "bowl" that the product is mixed/frozen in is very fragile where it seals to the unit. The tabs that hold the bowl in place and create the leak-proof seal are prone to breaking. Customer Service was fast in responding and very helpful in getting me back up and running, but the first replacement bowl they sent was defective right out of the box. The quality of the freezer unit seems to be excellent. The quality of the mixing bowl leaves a lot to be desired.

the product was sent with a simple package. when usually bought in retailers they have beautiful packaging.

I enjoy my Green Pans so much that I ordered a set as a gift. They are well made, perfectly sized, and with a good weight. They clean up beautifully and maintain heat well while cooking. Highly recommend!

We are disappointed that the pans don't handle high heat. This make them very limited.

Great pans! Just introduced to GreenPan and they discontinued the model! Upset, yes, but I can deal with it… Easy cleaning and toxic free—great benefits!

I was looking for a safe healthy way of cooking. I have used the skillet since I got it and love how it cooks. I will definitely recommend this company and I got my favorite color pink 🩷
