Easy to use and guidelines were helpful. I only wish there was a cover for one of the pans.
So easy to clean too.

I purchased the copper cookware, and it is fantastic.
I reached out to customer service several times after I ordered and each time customer services responded quickly and was very helpful. I will definitely be ordering more products in the future.

This isn't an experience. Buying a baking pan isn't an experience. It's a purchase. I purchased a Green Pan. I've used it several times. It works very well and food doesn't stick. I didn't want an experience. I wanted a good non-stick medal baking pan. It performs as expected and we'll have to wait and see how it endures. Good Product thus far.

Received updates throughout the process. Shipped and delivered in a timely manner.

That you replaced my cracked bowl. I am so happy to be able to use my green pan machine especially with fall coming. I know the family is going to love the apple cider slushies . Thank you again for standing behind your product 😄

This was the worst experience I have had with online ordering. They sent me the wrong order and I had to do many things before they would send me MY order. I had to wait an extra 5 weeks before I got my order. AND I had to fix their errors first. I hate them at this point.

would have been greater had there been a way to exit the site so i was sure my info wasn't still out in the cloud..

I like Greenpan products, how easy cooking is, and the feeling of confidence in the manufacturing and safety. I gave it a four because, while the product is quality one, it is lacking in some areas. Specifically in the controls and how it cooked pancakes, and lack of instruction. More cooking times.

We had totally burned up the 8" skillet in our set of pans and we needed a replacement. So we thought to give our daughter a set for her anniversary. We love the Green Pan finish although it is sometimes hard to wait at medium heat until the pan warms up. They do clean up easily with normal use. We have been using Green Pans for about a year and she needed new ones badly.

When I finally got correct lids for my frying pans they are great, however original purchase incorrect I got wrong size lids had to send back it cost almost half the cost of lids to return them when I got refund original shipping not paid back.
When ordering lids I put on site what I needed and ordered there recommendation which found out it was wrong
I feel return shipping should have been paid by company for this reason I would not order again when you pay over $100 for something and it costs $50 to return to me that is absurd

Have only used once since we received our Valencia Pro set. The non stick is fantastic. Cooked a one pot spaghetti dinner in the chefs pan. Cooked great. Kept the heat below medium. Greenpan advertises these pan do heat up quicker, even at medium to low. This true. At first was skeptical about keeping lo heat. But Greenpan was accurate. I kept lowering the flame!

My grandchildren enjoyed the whole process from creation to enjoying the ice cream we made together!

The pans work great! They clean up easily and are strong in construction.

I sent an email no one has responded. I bought the air fryer. It is not cooking the food according to what the manufacturer instructions are. It is taking twice the cooking time. The air fryer does not cook the food like my previous air fryer. The food is not crispy at all even cooking it for twice the time as stated. I thought it might have just been the instructions but this has happened with two different food items I have used in the oven. I don’t like this oven at all I think it’s defective. Horrible. Not satisfied at all I want to return it as it does not work correctly.

Have a concern about my slow cooker and customer service is not helpful and they’re just dismissing me
