I thought the meats would not stick to pot but it does like a 5 years old pot! Not happy with pot!

The customer service was exceptional, not to mention how quickly the issues were taken care of.
I have used the griddle just once, but I am happy with the way it heats up quickly and uniformly. It fits my needs perfectly.

Excellent product

Love my new slow cooker. I can prepare meals and freeze for the entire week in one day. It also doesn’t take up a lot of counter space in my small apartment kitchen. Love, love, love it

Best pans I have had so far. I cook a lot and they still look brand new.

I’ve used it three times and have enjoyed every minute. And, it’s a breeze to clean.

The pans are beautiful, and despite being called Greenpan, mine are a creamy white with luscious gold handles. Truly a gorgeous set of pans and lids.

The pans truly do heat up quickly and thoroughly, and the cooking happens at a fast rate with a much lower setting on the stove top.

And the best test of a non sticking pan, frying an egg with barely a couple of drops of olive oil, passes with an A+.

I love the pans and lids, all a great looking, well performing set of cooking essentials, and it dresses up my kitchen with a very cool vibe.

I recommend and will buy more items when I need to. Great quality, great value, great customer service.

Great pans!

Though the pans are a little pricey, I am very happy with the flat bottom wok I purchased. It is sturdy, provides even heat distribution, the flat bottom surface works perfectly with my glass top stove, and the lid is also quite sturdy and fits perfectly on the pan.

Used new set on new induction stove. Twenty-five cm skillet paint burned off and left non-removable white ring on glass, tried again and less paint burned off but left white ring on different burner. No other pieces in set had this problem. Cookware set came with scrubbing pad for baked on substances. I have scrubbed diligently on two skillets to no avail. However I do give customer service highest rating. Every communication had with them wasanswered next business day with solution. Best customer service I have ever dealt with.

I was able to talk to customer service but she didn't give me accurate information. I asked about changing temperatures on my Slow Cooker I was interested in purchasing. I found out after purchasing and using it, only a couple of settings can be adjusted. Those settings have a limit. I would not have purchased the 7 if I had known that.

Fast service and great pans. I needed to replace my frying pans and wanted to ensure the new ones were durable, nonstick and free of toxins. The Valencia frying pans are perfect. They are nice looking, have a nice heft to them and I love that I can literally run them under water and dried egg will rinse right out. No more egg residue on my dish cloth.

You replaced my faulty waffle iron without any questions asked. You sent me a new one at no charge. Thank you for your integrity and professionalism.

Very happy with the pans, and also very impressed with the company. The box arrived heavily damaged and most of the products inside were scratched or dented. I wrote to GreenPan and they immediately sent me another set, which arrived in great shape. I did not have to send back the damaged products. I've been using the pans for a couple weeks now and love them!

The pans are wonderful. The delivery was haphazard but eventually the full order was delivered.

I’ve been really happy with this cookware set. The pans feel solid and high quality, and the nonstick surface works really well—even with eggs, I barely need to use any oil. What I appreciate most is how easy they are to clean. Most of the time, a quick wipe or rinse is all they need. And of course, it doesn’t hurt that they look beautiful on the stove too!
