We responded to your emails today reagrding your order. Due to Royal Mail strikes your order will be delayed and how Royal Mail are filtering and delivering parcels this week. Royal Mail are back on strike 9/12 , 11/12 , 14/12 and 15/12
I can understand how frustrating this is for you and us being an independent business.
An investigation hasn't been long enough to be placed.
We can only apologise for any incovenience caused.

Helpful staff
Their helpful staff assisted me with my returns query and I had an overall positive experience.
The only negative is that I had to pay for the returns postage myself.
The vast majority of online sellers usually cover the returns postage and don't put these costs on their customers.

This company is a SCAM!! Do NOT buy here
Edit: 10th December and still haven't received my order
They are scammers. Do not buy here. I placed my order on 24th November and today is 7th December and still haven't received it. They claim is Royal Mail fault but I have received many items from Royal Mail in the last days. So this is just an excuse.
Their customer service is rubbish and the only solution they are offering is to buy the item again. I honestly believe this is a scam and they never sent the item.
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!

We are not "scammers";
As you can see from 5,120 reviews we have received, we hold 4.8% satisfaction rate overall on Trust Pilot.
As explained we have apologised to you and all our customers who are awaiting their orders due to Royal Mail Industrial Action.
We agree some orders are trickling through as Royal Mail and other couriers deal with the back log this issue is causing, we are confident our customers will eventually received their orders and are grateful for their patience and understanding during this difficult time.

Great overall experience- will shop again
Easy to use website - the jacket was sold at the lowest price I could find. Very happy with my purchase - a lovely didriksons parka. My jacket arrived on time with DPD - definitely worth choosing the next day delivery option as the tracking system is very useful. They left my parcel in my porch as requested too. Great buying experience.

We did respond to your email earlier today however we note you have an @gmail account and sometimes our emails do not arrive / go directly into spam/ junk folders, we have resent the email via another portal.

We sedt confirmation of and dispatch emails tto all our customers, we note you have an @gmail address. Our emails to these accounts sometime go directly into spam / junk accounts.

We would have appreciated if you got in contact with us prior to leaving your feedback. We dispatched your order Thursday 24th November via Royal Mail. Not sure if you are aware but Thursday 24th November, Friday 25th November were on strike, this mean't your order didn't leave us until Monday 28th November.
Then the Week Commencing 28th November Royal Mail were on strike again Wednesday 30th November and Thursday 1st December.
We send all parcels 2nd class which can take 3-5 working days to arrive (without strike actions delaying this)
We would appreciate it if you could revise your feedback once the item arrives.

Royal Mail were on strike action Thursday 24th and Friday 25th
This means your order didn’t leave us until Monday 28th.
Further delays will happen with your order as this week
Royal Mail are on strike action again Wednesday 30th November and Thursday 1st December.
We send royal mail parcels 2nd class which take 3-5 working days to arrive (without strikes being involved)
Your order will be working through their system and can only imagine how much back log of parcels/letters they must have to sort through."
We have checked your tracking which is out of sync your order is with PSC Atherstone and on it's way to you, but with delays as stated previously.
Once your item arrives we would appreciate it if you would revise your trustpilot review as these strikes are not within our control.
