This gent's Weird Fish outdoor sweatshirt was packed well and delivered as promised Very pleased

Bought on mail order 48 hour delivery. After 21 days I gave up! Messaged, telephoned and lots of false promises made, had a refund instead.
Maybe better in person but just false promises.ises and no apology online, very poor customer service!

I bought a long trespass coat and it's perfect. I wear it every day for walking my dogs

The camping sleeping bag I bought from this store is incredibly cozy and comfortable. Its insulation kept me warm even on chilly nights, ensuring a good night's sleep while camping. The fast delivery was a pleasant surprise, and I was impressed by how quickly the store fulfilled my order.

The jacket purchased cannot be worn in the rain, at all. Not even slightly water repellent

Today wanted to return a jacket but discovered they have gone into administration. I contacted my credit card and opened a dispute.

Returned a Tilly Hat £52 last Friday 9 June 2023 - discovered today they went into administration on the 13 June !! Paid with Paypal. Have opened a dispute claim today - it's going to be a long process and no guarantees of getting a refund .So annoyed !!

My order was very reasonably priced, ordered it on Friday afternoon and it arrived Monday afternoon, competitive prices and good quick delivery, what's not to like. I have recommended to friends and family...

Quick delivery and good service however the boots I ordered didn’t fit and the returns service wasn’t obvious
The returns label in the package asked for a return code but then didn’t give any and I was surprised to have to pay for return
Also it would be great if you could find an alternative to the plastic packaging
