Prompt delivery. Lovely item, waterprrof & windproof, but came up small.
Only downside is that there isn't a free returns option. It cost £8 to return the item recorded delivery, so I'm glad the second one fit better.

Barbour Beadnell Polarquilt Jacket. This is a lovely warm jacket the inner fleece is really warm and when I wear another layer underneath it's absolutely perfect and warm.

I did alot of research for this Jacket.
It was nearly £25.00 Cheaper than the Barbour Store.
I don't usually buy coats or Jackets on-line but when I spoke to a lovely Lady named Lynn
Who helped me in deciding the correct size for me I felt at ease.
She also reassured me that if this doesn't fit I could return the item for another size.. I received 3 comments on the first day I wore it. Definitely worth the buy.
Only criticism I would have is if the side pockets would have had a full fleece lining that would have been great.
But that's not a big issue.
Love the Jacket.

Problem solved
Had difficulties in getting a response from Customer Service in regards to retuning a faulty item. After my initial poor review on Trustpilot, I was contacted very promptly by them. It appears the email address on the website is not correct and this will now be highlighted to the appropriate team. The call handler was fantastic and provided excellent customer service. THANK YOU!

Thank you for your feedback but can see you have given us 1 star. We have checked all our emails and there has been no correspondence / emails from yourself, our phones have been on all day today (03300415448) except for 30mins between 12:00 and 12:30 for lunch.
On the 19th October 2022 we issued you a refund for your item sent back (size 18 only)
We have tried ringing you today to find out more information as we are unaware of any issues.
We give excellent customer service as you can see by our trustpilot reviews. We will try and ring you again or send you an email regarding your issue. We would appreciate it if you could revise your feedback to a more positive.

Amazing communication and customer service
I really am not a person for reviews but today is definitely needsd.What an amazing customer service this company has, I messaged about an item to guage sizes, and had an email incredibly quick, however I managed to order the wrong size for me. So before it was even sent I was refunded, I then ordered the item in correct size. Communication with this company is absolutely amazing

Easy to order but..
Easy to order but... received faulty item, poor stitching on front of a coat and now having to reorder whilst waiting for a refund as they don't offer exchange, so beware, you'll have to pay again and if the value is 1p under £50 you pay for delivery again as well. Hope the 'replacement' isn't faulty too.

Thank you for your feedback, but can see you rated us 3 stars. We responded to your email 18/1 regarding your faulted item. We issued you with a FREE Royal Mail returns label to send your faulted item back, and since we had stocks we issued out a replacement item via DPD Next Day.
We received your email today 19/01 and responded to your action of re-ordering the same jacket within another seperate order.
We said you are more than welcome to send both items back to us using the label we provided you with and once we receive your returns we will issue you with a full refund.
There is no charge for delivery if you used our FREE Returns label.
We would appreciate it if you could revise your feedback to a higher rating as we have provided you with fantastic customer service.

We are sorry to hear you have received a defective item.
Sometimes the padding / filling is caught through the stitches during sewing process.
Please return the Jacket to us using the attached Royal Mail pre-paid label
Kindly include your invoice / returns slip with reason for return so we may identify your order.
We do offer a replacement service if an item is faulted / defective and we have a replacement to send.
We are sending a replacement via DPD, tracking number XXXXXXXXXX, which you should receive tomorrow.
If the replacement jacket does not meet with your approval you can return both items to us in the same package, using the returns label
