Bad advertising
The chain was not the length of 16” it was tiny not far of a chocker very thin and fragile the pendant they claim was double the size if what it was ,
just take note the stick a massive hoop to loop the chain through which is a cm big , that’s is how they come up with the pendant size soo just bare that in mind. Don’t get me wrong it very nice! But the size and quality of the chain in not worth the money

Incredibly disappointing purchase
Wasn’t cheap by any means and sadly the quality was awful. Pendant was really thin, poorly finished and the chain was the finest links money can buy, not substantial. Very disappointing purchase, will not be buying from the Gold Boutique again.

I had an issue with a broken chain
I had an issue with a broken chain. It was sent back on Saturday and a new one was received Thursday. The service was incredible and they made it super easy to pay extra to have the chain lengthened! Can’t fault them at all!

Very easy to use website. This was a Christmas gift so I was sceptical that it would be late, however delivery was scheduled for 24th December and I was sent updates regularly. I received my order exactly at the time promised. Item is beautiful, even the packaging was lovely and extremely nice touch of a £15 gift card included. I will definitely use this company again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The BEST customer service! I purchased a beautiful Hamsa necklace from Gold Boutique a few years ago, I contacted them recently to see if I could buy a replacement chain as it broke. They replaced the chain for me free of charge and sent it back with the charm all cleaned up in a beautiful box with a gift card as well!
