The item arrived in a nice box and was well packaged and was exactly what my other half wanted.
There was a slight delay in despatch of the item but I was kept informed of this and delivery at all times

Item delivered on estimated time.
The.item itself was in no way at all as demonstrated on the Web site ..... much smaller !!!!! Only suitable for a child !!!!!! Although I paid extra for a longer chain this was not delivered !!!!
The only reason it wasn't returned with absolute disbelief, was that I didn't have time before Christmas and didn't want to disappoint my daughter.
