Just a little messy
Using your site resulted in my card being stopped by the bank for possible fraud activity - not the site's fault but annoying and incidentally there was no fraud. There was some confusion whether you had the product in stock - I thought I was getting a refund which didn't arrive then eventually the product arrived. Was all just a little messy.

Order changed without consent
The flat elephant necklace I received did not reflect the order I had placed on line, which was shown as being larger and 3D in style. When I rechecked on line the photograph had been changed and the price reduced, I presume due to the new offer. I feel that I have been swindled not only in being simply sent the replacement offer but also charged for the original one and would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Disappointed
Disappointed, I sent my husbands wedding ring back due to it being poor quality also needed a smaller size , the communication wasn’t bad in trying to fix the situation however it should have only taken 8 days to replace and it took 4 weeks , and was never escalated to a manager which i didn’t find great , I don’t think I would
