Advertised delivery was missed
Advertised delivery was missed. I was then repeatedly told the order would be dispatched, but it never was. Tracking was promised and never provided.
After almost 3 weeks waiting, communication consisted of excuses and statements that weren’t true. Very poor service and misleading information.
Update: The company responded publicly within minutes, yet my email from three days ago remains unanswered. I am still without the item, tracking, or a clear resolution. This order was placed specifically as a birthday gift to myself and was advertised with a delivery date that has now been missed by a significant margin. Referring to this as a “case” and saying I will be “kept updated” avoids the issue. This is a simple retail order — please dispatch the item or confirm a refund.

Buying online can be stressful. When it comes to jewellery and ensuring you get it right relying on reviews helps. I found the whole experience stress free wuth Gold Booutique. I was kept informed every step of the way. The necklace arrived and was a great suprise for my wife. The pendant looks great. The necklace arrived by courier and was well packaged and presented. The only issue I had was I got the size of the necklace wrong (to small). So always good to double check!

I ordered a necklace for my husband for Christmas and when he tried it on it was too small. I emailed Gold Boutique and got a very quick response and was given a replacement right away.
