Delivery date is inaccurate, good products shite service
Ordered twice from the company now, first ring was good quality but the band was quite malleable and eventually split on the bottom, clean break so unsure if this is a quality issue.
One thing which was consistent about both orders was the inaccurate delivery date, do not believe the shipping date presented to you when ordering as it is a load of shite, second order was placed on 07/04/26 and didn’t arrive until 09/06/26 not a life changing issue but if your ordering for a special event as I was I would plan in advance or visit another retailers site as there’s not a long that stood out with this company, not shit by standards but improvements could be made as they do have nice products.

Not a good experience
I ordered a necklace on May 9. It was supposed to arrive by May 27 according to their website and confirmation email. As of June 6th I haven’t received my order. Despite the necklace I ordered not being available, their website continues to state it is in stock and still gives a 2 to 2.5 week delivery estimate for it which is misleading.
When you email customer service you get generic, cut and paste responses instead of actual answers to your questions.
They did issue a refund within a few days of asking though which is why I gave two stars instead of one.
It’s too bad this was the experience they provided because their jewelry designs look great and they appear to have a good selection of items. Hopefully they can improve their services.
