Placed an order and I had a query so emailed customer service and they got back to me within a few hours so was happy with the service. I was told that I may not receive an update for the next 7-10 working days whilst they build the PC so I patiently waited and on the 8th working day I got an email from DPD saying the PC would be delivered the next day which was a pleasant surprise! Got myself a PC with top tier specs and it works perfectly. Had to install a few drivers just to top it all off but no compliant from my end. I have already had the experience of building a PC myself before so just wanted a reliable company to build one for me and Gladiator PC is just that + Their prices for a whole prebuild is BARELY more than buying each part individually. Would deffo shop again if I need another rig down the line.

The Pc arrived quickly and in great condition- really well packaged and a great service!

Unfortunately the parts were delayed coming into stock but the Customer Services team contacted me with like-for-like replacements (actually a little better) and my order was promptly dispatched and arrived the next day.
The PC itself is awesome and looks like something from the future! Make sure you update all your drivers on arrival though!

Pc came in perfect condition and super safe box, they arrived within the time limit they gave them selves and have nothing to complain about have been using the pc everyday since its arrival

The computer I got from them works well so far, no problems getting it set up and at a good price too.

The only thing that I don't know how to fix is one of the fan lights says one when the pc is off, but I think I did that somehow, LOL

The site is easy to use tho it did take them some time to reply to my emails I did get the help I needed

I think the date I put is the date I got the PC, I can not remember the date offhand and I can only find an odder No# not reference one so can not put that

Easy to navigate and order on the website with plenty of choice to make you PC exactly how you want it.

Received email saying 7-10 days before contact but did not receive any update. Emailed and called up and was advised that they was running a few days behind. Received the PC a week later. Customer service was professional and friendly and kept me update to date after calling with how the build was coming on.

PC was well protected and wrapped when delivered and built to a very high standards. Neat and tidy cabling. Couldn’t find a fault with this company.

Great company kept me up to date on my order and told me they didn't have my graphics card in and told me once it was they'd let me know. It came well packaged and on a pallet.

Easy to order through the website, a wide range of options to choose from. The PC is brilliant and is extremely clean inside with cable management. I am over the moon with the PC itself.

The communication aspect left a lot to be desired. I had an email thanking me for my purchase and that I would hear something within 10 working days. After 14 working days of not hearing anything, I phoned the company whom said my order isn't finalised due to a shortage of graphics cards (which is fair enough) but I wasn't told, nor would I have been made aware if I didn't make the call.

Fantastic customer service. First time I've ever let a company build a pc for me. Couldn't have done better myself. Runs like a dream with 5080. Getting 180+ FPS on Valhalla set at ultimate. Very very happy. 👍

Great Company! Ordered a pre-built PC for Christmas on a Black Friday deal and honestly didn't expect to receive it by then but it arrived 2 days before. Been using it for months now and its everything I expected. I used to build my own but couldn't be bothered with all the faff, was well worth the price.

over a month since I ordered with them and no contact via email or phone call and still cannot confirm delivery date.

i decided to cancel and refund my order - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Spoke to sales team on 3rd Feb 2025 via the phone and enquired about a prebuilt 5090, was advised shipment would be mid February. I then went online and placed an order.

10 days later, not one email nor phone call and 0 updates relating to order or expected delivery. Leaving me guessing. It was not till I then emailed gladiators PC I got a response advising me I would actually not get the machine till March.

This is my honest experience and opinion on gladiator pc. Since I have waited 3x weeks already I might as well continue waiting!

Ordering online was very straight forward and putting a package together was really easy and clear to see what was needed or didn't need.
I ordered it for my son's birthday and was aware that there would be a long lead time due to build etc.
A week or so before his birthday I called them just to check to see how things going, all was fine but delay in delivery due to unforseen volume of orders over xmas etc which was fine, is great that a business is thriving and doing well. I said no problem, I was aware Id left it a little late for a certain date anyway. They said would put the date required on the order just incase.
I called the week after to see how the order was going and was told would be about a week later, no worries so just mentioned to my son and he was fine.
Anyway, couldn't believe it when I received an email to say it was going to arrive the day before my son's birthday!
And it did - and he was thrilled and can't say thank you enough to the team that made that happen.
Will definitely use Gladiator PCs in the future

I have ordered three computers from Gladiator over the past few years.

This previous one is probably the most money I have spent on a computer to be honest, but I knew that it was going to be good quality, I have not had any issues with it so far and I know I have a 4 year warrenty at least to protect me if something does go wrong.

I will say that while understandable with the holidays, my order did take a long time to arrive and I was the one that had to chase up and find out what was happening. I wasn't notified that there was an issue and that they were provided the wrong fans by their supplier. Which I understand completely! Things like this happen, I was just a bit annoyed that I wasn't notified until I came looking and I had booked time off from work to recieve a computer that never arrived.

But after some emails and some calls, I got some more information and after waiting for them to catch up from the holidays, I finally got my computer and had one of the easiest set ups for a computer that I have ever had so that was really great to get straight back into gaming with my friends.

So far so good, been using the new PC for two weeks now and have no issues (touch wood). Delivery time was decent considering I ordered over Xmas although communication could have been better, there was a lack of updates, it just turned up one day and it was still showing as being built on the status and no email to say it had been sent.
