Sales staff and technical build advice is excellent. The website function to track build quotes is buggy, but usable. It will not generate a pdf quote document and doesn’t do any component compatibility checks if you are building a custom system and need that to help your decision making.

The technical sales team are very knowledgeable and able to accommodate unpublished customisation specification requirements.

The company communicates using 2 identities simultaneously (Gladiator and Punch Technology). I felt the need to verify the authenticity of both companies. Other people may not be bothered by being emailed by a different company about an order. Perhaps that’s just me that finds it odd.

Build time was good (but probably because of all the build tasks that were not done - see below) and within the contract lead time. I expected DPD courier delivery (I chose Gladiator in favour of another company because they claimed to use this reputable service). However my order was delivered by local contract, with no delivery tracking or delivery driver communication. This was explained by Gladiator to me as a requirement for pallet delivery orders due to their lack of trust in DPD to deliver high value items on pallet. I wasn’t convinced, and I would expect DPD to have an opinion about that.

When delivered the system was well packaged. On boot and first use, issues with build such as decisions by the builder to not connect all case front panel connectors to the motherboard were resolved by me, but dismissed as acceptable by the customer service team. Not brilliant.

Motherboard OEM software services were not pre-installed during build. Again, resolved by me and not seen as an issue by customer service.

AIO OEM software was not installed. Again, resolved by me and not seen as an issue by customer service.

The RTX5090 support bracket was not fitted by the builder. I didn’t raise this with customer service as I was now aware of the response to expect.

I am actually generally satisfied with the service, and got great value for money for the technical specification I needed. I would definitely order from Gladiator again, knowing that I would likely need to do much of the software build required after a first build POST. These machines are not built with love, but to ship fast. If you are comfortable with that, then you’re going to be very happy.

If you are investing serious money in a custom system and have reasonable PC build and hardware configuration competence then definitely consider Gladiator, but my advice is to establish explicitly the extent to which the hardware you order will be configured and tested with the necessary OEM software.

If Gladiator took just a little more care in the software build, and not just ship systems that meet their bare minimum configuration standards then they would be an exceptional service.

I purchased new rig from Gladiator PC, back in May 25. There was a few issues in sourcing one of the parts, but as this is a high end machine, I understood this was as issue which was out of their control, so I was OK to wait longer for the machine to be shipped. I had emails and calls informing me of this issue and we discussed a replacement item.
It was delivered well secured to a pallet, so I know it had not been thrown about the back of the truck. It was packaged well to ensure the parts inside did not move during transit.
I have been using it now for a couple of weeks and it is better than I expected, it is so quiet, while running so smoothly. I am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased a custom PC through Gladiator PC, the main reason being that they had very competitive prices for the components I wanted. They offer a great range of components from various brands, I was disappointed how other websites I checked only offered 1-3 brand names for all PC parts.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that during the build process I received no updates regarding the status of my order. So for about 3 weeks I was unsure,then I received an email from the courier informing me that they will be delivering my PC the next day. Customer service also contacted me that day and apologised for the lack of updates.
But when the PC did arrive, I was simply amazed. Impeccable packaging and build quality and cable management, works perfectly out of the box.
My PC is an absolute monster, and it was at least 20% cheaper than other websites.
This will be my go to company for PC upgrades from now on.

I purchased a gaming PC from Gladiator PC just before Christmas 2024. I've left it quite a while before I left a review just so that I could be absolutely certain I had no issues with it and I haven't had any whatsoever.

The time took to build my PC did take a little longer then they said, but this was my own fault for ordering one a few weeks before Christmas however it was delivered on time.

I could not recommend Gladiator PC's enough and I'll be definitely using them the next time I need to upgrade.

Another thing worth noting is they use DPD which is absolutely brilliant courier unlike other dodgy couriers like Evri

Very helpful sales staff (Johnathon) helped me customise a configuration. Had to swap out my case as they didn't have the stock available (white cases are hard to come by). The new recommended case was miles better. Took a bit longer due to this delay however, PC is perfect. Will be coming back for my third PC.

Having done plenty of research, Gladiator looked to be a reliable company and they had the best selection of components for my needs.
The final build is very good and fulfils all my needs.
Unfortunately the build took way longer than it was supposed to, and every time a deadline passed I had to chase the customer support for information. I appreciate that stock is difficult to come by, and that during testing, some components may fail, that is what testing is for, but once the initial build deadline has passed I expected to be kept informed of what was happening, and this failed to happen repeatedly.
That said, any queries I sent to their customer support were answered within 24 hours and compensation was offered for the late delivery.

I bought previous pc parts from gladiator and it lasted 10 years. I am a returning customer . good communication between gladiator and punch, very quick and a great website and swapped the cpu without a qualm. Really good to deal with and customer service is excellent

Job well done! Very happy with my rig. Does exactly what it needs to do. Tidy cable management, super clean set up. No damage during transport because gladiator took sound measures to keep everything safe. Was worried initially because of the latest and greatest components are so expensive, but the way they pack the rig for transport was tight and sound. As long as gladiator keep knocking em out at a high standard like this, they will be well respected and highly used. Thanks

I've now had my computer for over one month now and I'm absolutely delighted with it.
Just a small delay with the order due to the Motherboard not being in stock, but Gladiator staff kept me up to date via phone call and were very pleasant on the phone.

The PC itself is super quick considering it was replacing a PC Purchased almost 10 years ago.

Gladiator PC offered great value for money and their Website was easy to navigate for a Custom PC Build. Another bonus was no Bloatware, Just Windows 11 and it's bloatware and AMD Adrenalin and Gigabyte Control Center for fan control and keeping Drivers up to date.

I would highly recommend Gladiator PC if you are looking for a new Gaming PC.

Amazing service with the best prices on the market. Ordered a Phantom PC that arrived in beautiful condition and within the 7-10 day window. I had a few changes I wanted to make after I had already made my purchase and the customer service team was able to help straight away with no fuss. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new PC.

The pc I ordered has arrived and so far everything is working a it should and I have no concerns with the build, the quality and care with which it was put together. Only minor issues marred what was otherwise a perfectly fine process.

Issue 1: the website never updated past the initial order status, leaving me in the dark as to the status and potential ETA. Even once the order had been arranged for delivery the website showed parts picking was the order status.

Issue 2: delivery. For some reason my tower pc was delivered by a truck, on a pallet rated for 150kilos. The pc was maybe ten kilos at most and not an overly large box. This is somewhat bewildering to me as I was also advised I would be expected to dispose of the pallet also. Happily the driver was agreeable to taking the pallet once I removed the single box from it, but there is no clear reason such a robust method was used for delivery - which I also had approximately 24hours notice about. Not to confirm I would be in but to tell me it would be delivered as near to my house as the truck could drop it off. If I hadn't been in I'm not certain if it would have been left or taken away again to return to gladiator pc, or attempt a redelivery.

Some positives I can highlight, when the specific PSU was not available I was called and advised and offered alternatives, and I picked one which was only a little more expensive, which you kindly comped the difference. I appreciate the flexibility- I know you can't keep all these parts in stock and so this sort of thing can happen, and not being asked to spring for the upgrade is good service.

I also appreciate the build tool on the site which made speccing the build easy. So far I am confident in the product and should any issues arise, I feel confident gladiator pc would be ready to help and support.

A few delays whilst Gladiator tried to balance out my build, but overall good experience. PC runs like a dream and this is the third time I've used Gladiator for a new build.

I had a few issues with my build (out of stock on custom items) and the express delivery was not met; but it is being refunded and the computer I have received is gorgeous!
