Gilbert & Rose priced the property realistically and secured an early buyer without the need to go to market. Jacob Woodley and Karen Summers were consummate professionals in how they dealt with the progression of the sale which was complicated by some probate issues. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Have had the best experience with Gilbert and rose from start to finish. Ed was great and honest with our valuation which we really appreciated! We sold our home within the first week and had a great offer. Leanne has been brilliant at progressing our sale with amazingly quick communication and transparency. We can’t thank you all enough! Now to book our relocation flights to Australia!

Had a great experience with Charlene (sales progressor at the London Road, Leigh-on-sea branch). She was very efficient, filling the gaps between myself and the solicitor as well as the seller and seller's solicitor. As a first-time buyer I often found the process overwhelming and stressful; had it just been left down to myself and the solicitor things definitely wouldn't have moved along at half the speed!

I also had some correspondence with Ryan in the early days of the buying process. I was given comprehensive information on my queries along the way.

I truly cannot recommend this estate agent enough. I was ready for the process to be stressful and draining but it has been the opposite. From the point of viewing houses, Ross was so helpful, very informative but never applied any pressure. Once I found my new home (thank you again Ross), Leanne kindly took over, providing clear concise weekly updates, pre-empting the next steps, and just answered any questions extremely promptly. So friendly, so helpful. It has made the world of difference to the process. Thank you both!

G&R offer a selling service which, if you pay for the top package, includes a sales video, drone footage, and a 3-D LIDAR model of the inside of your home. Thoroughly recommended.

But it doesn't stop there, to help progress your sale, a Sales Progressor is then employed to chase conveyancers and estate agents in the chain, to answer queries for both you and your buyer. My SP was an outstanding and meticulous lady – by the name of Michelle Birrell, highly-experienced and perfection to a tee.
