I worked alongside CFP to complete a facility in a matter of weeks.

It was a pleasure to work alongside Matt and Jane to help a new client with a refurbishment. They knew everything about the clients and had the information we needed to get the deal sanctioned and into legals quickly.

I have a unique property with non-standard construction, which made getting a mortgage incredibly difficult. I approached three different brokers before finding this company; some of them just gave up and left, and others tried but couldn't get it done.
​Then I met Dav. He is in a league of his own. He is incredibly patient and didn't see me as just a 'difficult case' or a paycheck. He focused on building a relationship and finding a way forward when no one else could. It is clear that for him, it’s about helping people and providing the best product possible, no matter how complex the situation. I will use CFP Group again and again. If you have a 'non-normal' property or have been turned away elsewhere, come here first.

This was the second time I have received a faultless service. I was refused by 20 separate lenders and CFP got approved within days. My second application was a very high value super car that was approved within days with minimal fuss and only 2 documents requested.

Getting successful finance can be very difficult with lots of paperwork but this was as seamless and effortless as anything.
