We had a very positive experience with Gilbert and Rose. The sales progression team were spot on throughout from our initial viewing to completion. Brennan was the first team member we met at the property and he was brilliant allowing us all the time we needed on our first viewing and again on subsequent visits. After the purchase hade been agreed Karen Summers took the lead. Both were amazing throughout the process with regular updates and support. Would highly recommend G&R.

I recently viewed a property with ROSS. He is so polite and gave so much time on his viewing , not making me feel rushed at all. He was very informative regarding the property i was viewing and made the viewing very pleasant.

What a great company. Lewis was outstanding, he couldn’t have been more helpful both in selling our house and helping us find somewhere. Kind and considerate as well as realistic and professional. After a particularly upsetting sale failure we swapped to G & R and they were brilliant. Everyone in the office was fab, but Lewis was a gold star estate agent - we will miss him. 😊

Due to legal issues the sale took a long time to go through but Michelle really worked incredibly hard to keep it live and was proactive in trying to solve issues really showing her experience. Communication was excellent. We could call anytime and would always get a fast response.Michelle kept us very well informed.
The sale completed in the end to everyone's satisfaction.

Straight from the start the service from this branch in Leigh on sea has been exceptional. Christian Lister was our viewing agent and he was so helpful, and friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Once the sale progressed we was then passed on to Leanne Warren who was just amazing. She was on the ball and so professional and made the purchase of our first home much more bearable especially when we were having issues with our conveyancer.

I’ll like to give a huge thanks and shout out to Leanne Warren. She went above and beyond to make everything easy for me. She was patient, very kind, professional and understanding especially when LPL Solicitors where a horrible nightmare to us, Leanne was caring and encouraging. She was always quick to respond and gave us weekly updates even though it was the solicitor’s responsibility which they failed to do. To find someone so professional yet genuinely caring is rare and from start to finish, She was simply a star and THE BEST!

Selling my former rental house in Southview Dr Wescliff was a stress free and very straight forward experience. Communication from both Gary in sales and Leanne in liason was spot on and very professional.

Very friendly and efficient on appointment. Plenty of viewings and agreed sale after 4 months of coming to market. Christian Lister among others was very helpful at this stage and in his case later on in the process. The real star though was Emma Shirley in the progression team. The chain below us was a nightmare. Emma worked tirelessly chasing up and down the chain to make the sale and purchase happen. Without her it would not have. Huge thanks to Emma and the rest of the team for their hard work and support. I thoroughly recommend them.

Really happy with Gilbert & Rose overall and in particular Curtis and Leanne. Was selling the family home and Curtis took time to listen and explain everything to me and my elderly mum whose house was being sold. Once Sold STC Leanne took over sales progression and made the journey smooth and was ALWAYS available for my concerns/queries again understanding the needs of my Mum. Once sale finalised Curtis who did the initial valuation even took the time to congratulate on sale and check in on Mum and I which I thought was a lovely touch. Everyone I spoke to at Gilbert and Rose were polite and professional. Curtis and Leanne a big thank you from me, u both showed empathy to my mum and me at what can be a challenging time, thank you.

Thank you to Curtis and Emma for their help during a difficult move. Curtis in particular was fantastic from the start, photographing and hosting viewings through to providing great communication towards the end of the process. He even brought the keys to our new home to us, saving us a round trip of about 16 miles.

I recently bought a mobile home through Gilbert & Rose and I cannot praise the staff enough. I would like to thank Jacob who showed us around a couple of mobile homes and the help he gave us and I would also like to thank Emma Shirley who dealt with the financial side of things and was fantastic with any queries I had and was always just a phone call away for anything I wasn’t sure of and nothing was ever too much for her, she is a very kind and considerate lady and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me to make the process as smooth as possible. So thank you Gilbert & Rose for all you did for me, I really appreciate it and thank you for my gift box when I collected the keys ❤️

Brennan at Gilbert & Rose has been extremely professional from start to finish. Brennan was always on time for viewings and made us feel comfortable. He was able to answer our questions (I had many) and remained polite and professional at all times.

Brennan kept us up to date of houses coming to market he thought we would be interested in and he never showed us anything over budget.
