A very efficient & quick turnaround
A very efficient business, I sent my box and within 2 days they called me with an offer that I accepted.
Vintage Cash Cow I abandoned as I had to make 4 phone calls, and they kept promising a shipping label, one month later they promised to do a pick up instead and twice that never happened so I ended up looking for alternatives and so happy I did!
The lovely woman Angela who called me put the money in my account within 5 mins of her phone call to me.
Angela did what she said she was going to do, and these days that’s GOLD!

Easy-peasy to make a decent sum from items you've got lying about the house.
Order a postage pack. Find a cardboard box (it doesn't have to be large). Using the guide, fill the box with items you've got lying about that you forgot about and probably don't need anyway. Parcel up the box, attach the postage-paid label, send and wait for an offer, which gets paid into your account the same day. Simple.

If you're wanting to sell off your old "stuff", these are the people for you - I stumbled cross them in 2025 - and I'm so pleased that I did. Since then, I have sent in several boxes. Each time I've been very pleased with the offer made. But additionally, the folk at Was Gathering Dust have always been friendly, helpful and prompt in handling my enquiries. Highly recomended, as WGD avoids all the hassle of a standard auction and I believe they give a far better return.

Excellent service
This service was so easy. I packed a heavy box and used the sticky pre paid label and just dropped it off at the Post Office. Was Gathering Dust contacted me very quickly with an offer, which they increased a little bit for me. The money was in my account within hours which I thought was very impressive. Angela was very friendly and efficient on the phone too. I would definitely use again.
