great customer services, great product delivered on time

Putting it together was more complicated than necessary for example the roof was in six panels not two. The glazing was interminable and the roof lacked structural integrity as rafters had to be cut (with a saw!!) These cuts were in the instructions and were not straightfoward due to the nailing of the shiplap. Nice looking summer house but a simple build process could be worked out I am sure.

The initial purchase and delivery was OK and all to plan, after checking the product it was damaged, the part was a crucial part in the construction of the Palram Canopia aluminium lean to roof, I advised Garden Street whom passed it onto their supplier Palram. A replacement part was ordered but after 3 weeks of waiting I had not received or had any contact advising delivery. With contractors waiting to install I had to use the defective part, and accept the fault. I advised Garden Street to cancel the replacement part and advising their supplier failure, the part never turn up so I guess Garden Street must have cancelled the replacement part. I would have expected at least acknowledgement of the cancellation even an apology for their suppliers failure, but received nothing from Garden Street or Palram. You can make your own mind up, but for me this was extremely poor customer service.

The solar garden lamp posts I ordered arrived fast. I built them in 2 minutes. I am delighted with their effect. Great price for a good quality product.

This company's customer service is outstanding. No query was too much trouble and the company went to great lengths to find us the right products. Eg I wanted a cover for our LG outdoor table and chairs set and I think it was Lucy or Emma who went to great lengths to find the exact LG cover for the set. The company also price matched and gave us the parasol base for free- a very good quality one at that. The quality of the furniture, parasol and awning is excellent.

It took 2mths to complete the order? I don't know whether I would have ever got it if I hadnot complained. No-one had contacted me to tell me 2items had got lost on the way or another had been delivered to 22 instead of 37. Poor service. I shallnot use you again.

Disappointed ordered a sun room found same for lower price asked to price match as per there website refused and cancelled order. Should not state such if not prepared to do so.

Ordered a garden set for my Mothers 90th birthday. Garden Street offered best value and happy to deliver. Delivery company didn't get in contact and I was getting anxious about dates when customer service got in touch. They provided contact details again to delivery company and a mutually agreeable date was confirmed shortly afterwards but email notice had incorrect data on it. The Garden Street team replied to my enquiry quickly and as far as they were able confirmed they had loaded the correct item. They reassured me given that I would not be there to receive the item and the delivery was a surprise so did not want to spoil it for my Mother that if anything had gone wrong they would rectify it. In fact delivery was on time and right item. My mother was delighted as was I and would recommend the company as clearly a team spirit amongst the staff and certainly would use again.

Delivery was perfect considering where we live. The two men who delivered the room were fantastic, very helpful and pleasant.
We are still building the room but it is already looking good and I am very excited for when it's complete. I will be able to sit in it every month of the year.

Ordered a garden storage box in mid June. Four days before delivery they call me to say they have had 'production difficulties' and it will be a week late. Its a box. How does it take a month to find out you haven't made it in time. Despite this they have chased me twice with emails to write a review. So here's the review they asked for. I ordered a box. Four weeks later they told me it would be late.

Ordered this to go over firepit table. Griddle is quite heavy and robust. Fits perfectly into lg firepit table. Doesn't take long to heat up and cleans easily after use.

Excellent service, prompt reply to query over damaged part and replacement provided.
