Rowlinson Garden Products Recensioni

Good communication regarding delivery and arrived well packaged with lovely driver bringing it inside, out of the rain. As others have said it takes 2 people and a fair bit of patience to erect. We thought we didn’t have all the screws and bolts (and took a trip to Wickes to get more) but it turned out two of the bolts were already attached to the door knobs and the ‘28’ small screws were actually only 24, the exact number needed. Looks ok and time will tell if it lasts but good so far.

Avoid. Cheap poor quality cover, I thought I was paying a premium for something that would last unfortunately they 2 out of 4 of the straps that hold the cover down snapped clean off 35 days after purchasing the cover for £59.99 and the company didn't want to know when I asked for assistance either in the form of a replacement or repair.

The product itself is good (I got a wooden planter, for the second time) - but it arrives with no wrapping and covered in staples where various labels etc have been stapled to the planter itself. It is hard to get them out without damaging the wood, and the labels create discolouration (the planters have obviously been in the sun for some time with them on). So as well as needing to remove all the staples, you really need to stain / varnish the product so it looks uniform and nice. Apart from that, I really like the planter itself

I received a really well constructed double gate for the side of the garden. It looks fantastic. Because it's well built I've been able to make some minor modifications for the gate ironmongery that I wanted. I'm really happy with it all.

Ordered two compost bins, delivery was quick and I was kept up to date on progress via email and the Shop app. Please pass on my thanks and positive feedback to delivery driver Ilyas - he was fab, super friendly and helpful, overall a great experience and would order from you again, thank you!

We are delighted with our planter. It is robust, well-made and was delivered promptly. Excellent service and a very good product.

My order was lost and I had to chase. There was little apology and lack of communication. It took over 3 weeks for item to arrive and delivery company were similarly tardy. It’s a shame - I could have bought the item through various sellers like Amazon but was determined to support the original company.

Good quality compost bins delivered carefully by Ilyas.

Found this company on line so look a chance but wow I have been nothing but impressed
Customer care great
Delivery really prompt
Product quality and value for money 10/10

Bench and Companion Seat excellent quality and reasonably priced

Easy to find the correct size on the website which was incredibly detailed. Fast delivery. High quality product which compliments & covers my Rowlinson garden furniture perfectly.

The product (150mm log roll 4 packs)seems excellent, much more substantial than several others i looked at in well known DIY and gardening stores. Only time will tell how long they last.
Delivery could have been a little quicker.

Great customer service. Mediocre product quality. One lid has a very minor defect where the coating isn’t on 💯. Door handles odd directions. It’s OK for the money I paid I suppose.

Building it was fun but it would have been a bit easier if the holes for the screws had been pre drilled. But we absolutely love it.

Really good experience. Arrived quick and the product was fantastic. Woukd not hesitate to recommend to my friends and will definately use this company again.

Professionally delivered , well packaged , quality product - Fitment / Build instruction clear and concise.

Arrived promptly, great quality & easy to assemble.
Looks amazing, the chairs are extremely comfortable and they pack away well too.

Quick delivery and left where asked. Solid well made product which lived up to pictures.

Good quality product. Took a little longer to deliver and was easy to construct despite not having the instructions attached. Delivered with care by company driver.
