We purchased garden furniture and they couldn't be beaten on price. As we were spending quite a bit of money on a company we hadn't heard of before we did a lot of checking before purchase. We were not disappointed. Excellent prices, excellent quality, excellent communication and excellent delivery. Will definitely purchase again and highly recommend...

It was a nightmare, we ordered a new bin store online. The pallet was left outside our house, broken blocking our cul de sac. Fortunately the driver came back and took it despite arguing with half the road and me saying it wasn't his fault he'd left it there broken. Crazy behaviour. The biggest issue with Garden Street is they don't take responsibility for delivery, they blame it on their couriers. The following week the item came again, this time it was fine, all delivered. The next issue came when a day later the same order arrived again. This time leaving it again across the middle of our cul de sac, broken again. It took ages for the delivery to be picked up and caused a lot of grief on our road. No apology only when pressed, no refund for damages/inconvenience caused. A huge hassle for what should have been a simple delivery. The customer service representative was terrible, like communicating with a 'computer says no' type. I will never order through them again.

Received bench, £230 paid, split and warped wood. Only offered a £25 refund. Took ages to even respond to my emails.

Terrible. Product quality is awful and they're not replying to arrange return. Not to be trusted.

We ordered two picnic benches, the price was by far the best I could find and cheaper than going directly to the manufacturer. They were delivered promptly.

I ordered a Garden Village Shireburn Quintet Wheelie Bin Store for £679.99. Before it was even delivered, I noticed they dropped the price on their website to £604.99. I immediately emailed customer service asking for a simple price adjustment for the £75 difference.

Instead of doing the sensible thing, they told me I’d have to cancel and reorder. I agreed to cancel, but they dragged their feet, delivered the item anyway, and are now refusing to honour the lower price unless I pay a £224 collection fee to return a massive, heavy palletized item just to buy the exact same one again.

Even after asking for manager escalation, they doubled down. Completely inflexible, environmentally irresponsible business logic, and zero customer goodwill. Take your business elsewhere.

After a good deal of thought and homework we ordered some LG garden furniture. Very thrilled to receive an email that it would be delivered in 2 days. Devastated to get a further email saying the order had been cancelled because the table was damaged and there were no more in stock. Subsequent emails were impersonal and unhelpful. I wouldn’t use this company again - actually there seem to be 2 companies because emails also came from Rowlandson garden buildings.

Garden dining set delivered but one leg was damaged. Phoned for replacement leg asap as needed set for family party. Not very helpful. We were told they’d pass problem on to suppliers but could not say if and when problem would be resolved. After 3 days we decided to contact suppliers ourselves and we got replacement 2 weeks later. Although set was competitive price, I would not use company again as very offhand about our complaint. They are not the supplier but just an agent and took no responsibility for the problem we had.

Ordered a log store at the end of May. After chasing I was told it was out of stock and would be back in 4-8 weeks. I decided to wait. 4 weeks later I asked for an update for them to tell me it now wasn’t going to be in stock until September. Asked for them to send me a different log store which was £20 more. You would think after me waiting for such a long time that they would offer this option as a goodwill gesture but no. Also refused to offer any sort of discount on any of their products. So now, nearly two months later, I am waiting for my refund and will be going elsewhere.

Very pleased with my Kettler Caredo 4 Seat Dining Set, great price and super fast delivery. The delivery man was most helpful. I would certainly order from Garden Street again.

Very easy purchasing experience. The garden set was delivered in the week specified by myself. Product arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble. There was a slight delay in receiving the fixtures for the table which had been lost in transit but Robert delivered them personally after a couple of missing replacements courtesy of Royal Mail. Would definitely use again.

Ordered a new Parasol for my garden furniture set. Hartman design. Prompt delivery even though I wasn’t in to accept the delivery I rearranged a more convenient time. Had text messages to let me know the time and arrived during the allocation. Garden parasol is perfect match for the set I already owned. Thank you. We bought garden table, parasol and four chairs and were so pleased with them that we bought another smaller table and two chairs to match. Quality is excellent and delivery was very quick. Would definitely recommend.

The product was as described and good value for money. Delivery was on the day promised with on line update of progress. Although one item had a manufactured problem a replacement was organised and soon to be delivered.

Delivered on time .One cushion of my chairs was faulty and a replacement was sent immediately.
