Bought bin sheds. Great product and came ready built. Delivery guys help get it where it needed to go. Would recommend

I looked online after someone recommended the company to me. I had tried to find a double wheelie bin container elsewhere but received or found cheap looking stuff. The bin is constructed of metal but the wood effect pleasantly softens the effect. I had the bin made up and delivered at a moderate cost - it would have cost money to get someone in to do it. The bin has a 'garden top' to plant up and make it look nice as it stands outside the front door. I bought alpine plants ( got info and plants from internet) to plant and I am pleased with the results.

Complicated but all went together as it should. Getting lots of positive feedback from passers by because something that is supposed to be boring now has a bit of glamour.

We hate wheelie bins. Just make them go away. So we did just that. Bought a posh one. Expensive but by far the best one out there. It is actually a piece of garden design furniture with easy access and plenty of room for other bits and pieces to keep the space tidy.

It has a top exterior platform for plants which we think are better in their own trays. Better for drainage and general plant management.
Highly recommended .
However… we self assembled- no problem but care and a second pair of hands are advisable. Quite heavy but manageable. Definitely ‘Read The Manual’. Flat and level placement a must.

My order of Moreton chair and settee was delivered today and assembled on site as requested.

May I congratulate the delivery/assembly staff for the professional way they carried out their tasks. The finished products are very comfortable and look extremely smart in the conservatory.

Joanne looked after us right from our first meeting at the Gardeners World Exhibition earlier this year, through to completion today.
Her installation Team (Jonny and his Dad 😀) were simply excellent. Their attention to all details was remarkable and a very pleasant surprise in this day and age where details (even the smallest) are often overlooked or disregarded, not with these Guys - Thank You
Our installation required a unique/ bespoke approach due to the design of our roof line and guttering, that did not phase this Team they designed matching infill panels which means we have an almost seamless fit to our Barn wall.

I ordered and received a garden bench (Product Code KT58). The first heavy wind we had and it blew over onto grass and experienced serious damage. This company are not interested ("as the damage appears to have been caused by the weather, this isn’t something we’re able to take responsibility for." - It is a bench destined to spend its life outside!), but clearly the bench, wood, assembly, or something is well below standard and not fit for purpose, or this would not have happened. As it has not for many benches on my land that blow over all the time (and some on concrete!). So, be very careful when you buy from here. There is nothing offering a qualitative or enduring product it would seem, not for being outdoors anyway!

There is the response. So the claims of, "highest quality Outdoor Furniture" and "guarantees a long life span and durability as teak is naturally resistant to weather elements", are clearly meaningless, as a simple tip over of 90 degrees causes major structural damage...

Three other of my benches were blown over also (two of them onto concrete!), none of those incurred fatal damage (in fact nothing more than a paint chip to the ones on concrete). As I said, clearly the item was not fit for purpose, either faulty assembly, or poor quality timber. Either way, the issue is yours and yours alone.

Very courteous and helpful on the phone; outstandingly good products - very long lasting (we've had our table and parasol for over 15 years and they're as good as new) - and you can get spares eg parasol cover; very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Ordered a pergola and adjustable coffee table for the room and love it. We now live in our new 'sun room'. The sales team were great and dealt with our queries quick and professionally. The installation team was the best! Would highly recommend this company and would purchase from them in a heartbeat again. The after sales service was particularly impressive!

I bought a £799 quad wheelie bin from them at the end of June. Upon assembling it (which cost me an additional £200), we discovered that there was an issue with the frame, which was not levelled: when the base was flush on the floor, then the top at the end would pull up sideways; when the top was straight, then the base end of the frame (fourth bin) would pull upwards. I even had the builder who was doing my kitchen to come and lift my decking to make sure it was level, and to move the storage on different grounds to make sure it wasn't an issue with the floor (it wasn't). We even used levers but it was still not straight. I sent photos, asking they collect it and refund, which was within my rights as a consumer. It took them several days to reply, by which time I had the storage partly dismantled (top , side panels and doors) as it was unusable. They came back 5 days later asking for more photos, which I provided, and suggested that it was an issue with the floor, not their product, which was not true. It went back and forth like that over a dozen messages until a guy showed up unannounced at my house a few weeks later to collect the bin storage. He was rude and complained that the storage hadn't been completely dismantled for collection, to which I replied that I would have dismantled it ahead of him showing up if someone had only bothered to let me know he would come. Three weeks later, I still hadn't been refunded so contacted them again. When they finally issued the refund, it was minus £150, supposedly because the storage bin had scratches and that upon inspection, there was nothing wrong with the product. I replied that if they had collected straight away as I had requested, it wouldn't have shown markings, which were the expected result of the storage being outside so long. I also asked twice that they send me photos of the bin, so I could see for myself if it was indeed level, but they didn't send me any proof of the supposed inspection, just sending back the exact same message twice. Those bins are made in China and drop shipped, and the company selling them obviously doesn't make any quality control before shipping them to the customer. Then when the product is faulty, they put the blame on the consumer. I am now flagging them to Trading Standards, having lost £450 in the process (assembly guy + 2 hours of builder time + the £150 they kept).

I would definitely recommend this company. The product and service is first class. From ordering to delivery there were no issues and communication was very responsive. My gazebo was professionally installed by Zak & Maris who offered advice on the best location and explained the operation of the gazebo functions. All packaging was removed and they even offered to place the garden furniture back onto the decking.

We order our 2 gazebos and various other items of furniture. However we had to get our garden ready first. The team were very patient whilst our hard landscapes done and we had decided to change a couple of items later on. This was all handled very well and the team at the warehouse were very helpful.
On the day of delivery Zak & Manny came to deliver and erect the gazebos. They did an excellent job and worked very hard even thought it was extremely hot. They both returned the next day to finish off and erect our outdoor kitchen. Both were very kind and helped us decide on positioning of the various units- moving them around for us to allow us to see different options. They were both courteous and very hard working and we were impressed with their great customer service. Thank you Zak & Manny.

Ordered a parasol base and it arrived in three days. It’s a great base with castors and different parasol mounting holes. The item is very heavy at 90kg but the delivery driver was brilliant. Took great care not to scratch the base and manhandled it to the rear of my property. So grateful for this as I would never have lifted it. Thanks for a pleasant experience with the company and many thanks to the driver.

Ordered a Sherwood picnic table online. The item was delivered promptly and we were pleased to see that it was of excellent quality. Unfortunately after a couple of months use one of the table top panels became warped. We contacted The Garden Furniture Centre to see if they could possibly send us a replacement panel. Unbelievably they went one better and sent us a complete new table top. This level of customer care has left us in no doubt that we will use this company again. Thank you Garden Furniture Centre.

I ordered conservatory furniture for my mother a couple of weeks ago. As we live in Scotland it was not possible to visit the store and look at the quality and the selection ourselves. It was therefore essential to read and trust the reviews and as they were positive we decided to 'take a chance'.
Spoke to Billie, who was friendly and professional. Told that the order would take up to 4 weeks. It only took 2.
There was a slight issue with the delivery but this was rectified immediately. Rob couldn't have been friendlier.
The delivery guy Alan was also great.
Finally, my mum is very happy with the quality, she says that she has never sat in such comfortable cushions and she LOVES the footstool!
I highly recommend this Garden Furniture Centre.

I have only 1 recommendation. It was difficult to really guage the colours of the cushions online. The icons are tiny! I'm sure I could have ordered a sample but I didn't have the patience to wait for that!!
