Dealing with Kim, at Bramblecrest, has been a pure pleasure, very helpful and couldn't have been easier to get the support I needed. A great product with amazing customer service.

We needed replacement cushions for our garden furniture set so ordered a new set through Sue at Bramblecrest. Now things go wrong and a couple of things did, not all the cushions dispatched first time and then a delay with the actual delivery. These things happen, not a problem. The mark of a decent company is what happens when things do go wrong. Sue was superb, we emailed regularly, she kept me up to date, I sent photos, I was always kept in the loop and she was so prompt at getting back to me if I had a question. This is what decent good quality customer service looks like. Look after Sue Bramblecrest she’s great! My new cushions look great by the way and all ready for summer BBQs. Totally recommend Bramblecrest.

My parasol base was damaged which I didn't discover until I unwrapped my new furniture set some time after for the recent nice weather we have had. I contacted Bramblecrest Customer Services and they were very understanding and agreed to send out a replacement base. Thank you very much.

We have a Lichfield parasol and during a recent house move some components of the base were lost. I contacted customer support and Leesa was so helpful with my problem. I sent a couple of photos and within three days the items arrived. Communication with Bramblecrest by email was straight forward and Leesa responded virtually by return. Cannot be happier with the service and would strongly recommend this company and there excellent parasol.

The umbrella and base are very good quality , we bought a granite base on wheels as an extra , which makes putting on the waterproof cover a touch trickier to manage on your own ! It looked very easy in the product video , the weather hasn’t been good enough as yet to have really tested the equipment.
We could have done with instructions re the LED lighting . Also gloves needed when using the brake mechanism on the stand . However it’s a smart umbrella !

The chairs are badly designed. Legs are wobbly/ not level. They have been taken apart twice to try to make improvements, very disappointing. Table was fine.

From my initial phone call and the expertise of the lady who was very helpful and knowledgeable to delivery was faultless, just one point try and keep your prices as low as you possibly can.👍
