On Saturday afternoon, 1st August I spoke to a gentleman from the sales team regarding a cantilever and the type of patio I have etc. He was very knowledgeable, informative and advised me about which style to buy (as my patio attracts a strong wind funnel). Addtionally, he advised me on which style base to buy and weight requirements. His helpful and professional manner prompted me to purchase from here.

Today, 2nd August, after purchasing the 3 products online (cantiliver, base and assembly), it charged me for the cantilever only. Concerned that the products would arrive separately, I spoke to Billie im customer services who reassured me that she could rectify the problem as she was doing the paperwork this day. As we spoke the call dropped. However Billie called back to continue assisting me. She asked which base I wanted and went through the different styles/colour options with me. Also, she arranged the assembly service and told me that an emailed receipt confirmation would be sent (which it was).

Overall, the sales team and customer service are exemplary! Their high standards of care reflect the quality of the products.

We purchased a garden bench.
It arrived wrapped in protective cardboard. Delivery was amazing and the bench was placed where we wanted it.
When we “unwrapped” it, it was even more impressive than the pictures. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the bench was worth every penny. Highly recommend this company. Quality goods and we will definitely buy from them again.

Bought a replacement canopy last year and was so delighted with it that I decided to buy a new brolly with the same canopy. Couldn't find exactly what I wanted on the website, but was pointed in the right direction by Rob in Sales. Good communication too re delivery, and helpful delivery drivers, and the new bamboo brolly and heavy base are top quality. Really impressed with the service and the products.

We had Pete out earlier for after-service. Highly professional, lovely chap with a can-do attitude.

Absolutely Fantastic!
I bought the Havana Swing Seat around two years ago and only set it up recently... and wow, what a pleasant surprise. The quality is superb, the build feels solid, and the assembly is straightforward. It looks beautiful in the garden and swings smoothly.

Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. Delivery and communication was also very good.

After being badly let down by an online garden furniture supplier, I was understandably hesitant about ordering another outdoor kitchen. Thankfully, my experience with The Garden Furniture Centre in Wootton Wawen, warwickshire couldn't have been more different.

From the moment I spoke to John, I knew I was in safe hands. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. John facilitated the entire process perfectly, keeping me informed every step of the way and making what had been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.

The level of customer service was exceptional. The team's attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Every promise was kept, communication was excellent, and the delivery was remarkably swift, arriving exactly when expected and in perfect condition.

I have to say I was initially impressed with the ordering process and that my item would be with me within 5 days. It arrived 2 days later with no notification that it was due. the item was slightly scratched in places indicating that it wasn't packed adequately enough. As it was very clear about whether it came with a cover, I ordered a cover which then needed to be returned. I am then charged for 're-stocking' this item hadn't even been taken out of the delivery packaging. To top thing off it takes TWO WEEKS to refund me and only when I contacted their accounts department did I get my refund. Sorry to say even though they have been operating a little while I was not impressed and will not be ordering from them again.

I purchased 2 large (4mx3m) parasol canopies. The only word to describe the products is QUALITY. They arrived well within the time frame specified for delivery and the products themselves could not be bettered

The two men that bought my garden bench in of which I love were very helpful they unpacked and put it in its place for me I’m very grateful.

We have a small, awkwardly shaped patio outside our kitchen and conservatory and have tried for years to find a solution to shading. We live in a bungalow so do not have the height for awnings and a patio sun umbrella takes up floor space and needs moving constantly! We tried sails, but again, the fixing height was not available! Finally, we came across the wall mounted Turino Cantilever Parasol. We decided to buy one and could not be happier. We had to make a small addition with brackets for the height (our wall was a little lower than it needed to be), but this has been the best thing we have found for our patio. The unit arrived quickly, with explicit instructions and was easy to mount, in fact we were using it the very next day! It is extremely well made, simple to use and comes with its own protective cover. Thank you!

We purchased a free standing pergola and it’s amazing quality and perfect for our garden. The delivery was excellent and the installation was carried out efficiently and professionally by Manny & Mike and our garden left clean and tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend this company for garden furniture.

We were lucky that John the owner of the company dropped the medium sized circular teak tree bench so we were able to ask him questions about whether to Oil it or not and he suggested not to and let it go silver with time. We have now put the Tree bench in Place and it looks really magnificent. The quality is top class, the way it fits together is beautiful. So all in all, we are delighted with the Tree bench and the service that we have received from the Garden Funiture Centre- would highly recommend.

I ordered solar panels from this company. After 2 weeks they messaged to say they were damaged and they would not be delivering them, or replacing them. I will be getting a refund in between 7-14 days. So they will have my money for almost a month and I will not be able to order more panels. Just to get a standard brush off. Very unhappy with the company. It almost feels like a scam they can keep my money so long. At the time of writing this I still dont have my money back. Just not good enough.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to warn others. I bought a Four Season Screen House which cost me £1,400 including installation. We never checked to see if it was installed properly as no one does really as once it’s built, it’s built. I am moving house so we wanted to take the Gazebo with us but when we tried to dismantle it we couldn’t get the screw’s off and they were all threaded so were very difficult to get off, when we kept trying they snapped so now I can’t rebuild my Gazebo again, I have lost all this money, emailed customer services and they were not interested, so just to warn you regarding the installation, they do a shit job.

Ordered a replacement cantilever umbrella cover as the original had perished. I found an exact replacement on the site. The order was fulfilled quickly.

I would recommend this company as they are very efficient.

We were delighted to receive our ordered pergola which was assembled by Ben and Manny who not only did a great job of the assembly but were extremely pleasant and helpful. Both were a great compliment to The Garden Furnature Centre who we have supported for over 30years.
