Furniture Village - RFC Newark Recensioni

Kev & Tom were incredibly polite, happy and professional (even though it was a 06:50 delivery!)
They were swift and efficient and completed full checks on all the features of our new sofa.
Excellent - we couldn’t have asked for more.

The drivers arrived at the time specified on the email and after a courtesy call 10 minutes out. They were considerate, efficient and tidy. Set the bed up very quickly.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Ordering online was so easy. Fabric samples arrived within a couple of days. Order was placed the next day and sofa arrived 12wks later! Delivery guys (James and James) were very professional, polite and took care assembling the sofa. This is the second sofa I’ve had from Furniture Village- my last was bought in 2002 and still had plenty of life/wear in it when we downsized to the new one. 100% recommend this retailer and the delivery crew. Very happy customer!

Pair of good delivery lads. ( Simon and Andy) shame they have to call again in 2 days time with my settee. Because a mess up at your end.

We like furniture villagè products.
This is why we buy from them.
The 2 delivery men Stuart & Kev were excellent and very careful with our leather chair on delivery and assembly plus demonstrated the operation of our electric recliner chair. Thank you 😊

The team rang early in the morning and arrived on time. They were polite and courteous and everything was as expected. Good job
