Andy and Scott were very efficient and very polite whilst maintaining the cleanliness of the house.

Mark and Chris arrived when they said they would, phoning me half an hour before to confirm. They were careful and considerate, keeping carpets clean with overshoes and cover down sheets.
I’ve bought a lot of furniture and soft furnishings from Furniture Village over the years and the delivery staff have always been very good.

Joe and Stewart arrived early. Brought furniture in to the house and very friendly. Quick and efficient service just how I like.💪

This purchase was a great experience, especially the delivery service. Andy and Charlie were extremely helpful—they notified me of their arrival time in advance, and once they arrived, they quickly carried the new mattress up to the second floor and helped me take the old one down to the ground floor. I couldn't have managed it on my own otherwise. The two of them were really nice and very friendly to talk to. Highly recommended

James and Kev delivered our dining and chairs. The delivery was done very professionally. They made sure regarding floor levelling before putting dining. They also gave us advice on extending the dining and moving the dining if needed to prevent any damage. They used their sheets to come in from the main door so floor remains tidy. Highly satisfied from their service. Worth the charge paid!

After a delivery problem, the store staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem.

I ordered my sofa online after seeing the one I wanted in store, it was exactly what I had been looking for.
The original estimated delivery time was about 8 weeks and I could track my order status online. However the delivery time kept getting moved due to supplier issues but that’s out of their control. It ended up being about 12 weeks but once it came into furniture village I got delivery 4 days later.
It was delivered and brought in by James and Joe.
They were friendly and fast and respectful of my house and put my sofa together.
My sofa seems to be lovely quality and worth the wait
