Kam was very helpful during our visit

We came to purchase a dining set and bar stools. We were taken care of by Kam who was extremely helpful and helped us explore all of the available options and combinations of seating. We left with everything we came for at a great deal. Would definitely recommend.

Cathy was very informative and helpful with our purchase and it made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. She made sure our delivery dates were met and we are very happy with her service

Very attentive but not over bearing staff. Dinesh at the White City (Manchester branch) was very happy to move chairs around, so we could try different one's with different tables. Haven't received our dining table and chairs but the quality in the showroom looked excellent.

I had a great experience in furniture village. I got a view of a wide range of products, the service was great, the workers was kind and very helpful, especially Dinesh who was pleasant and helpful, he showed us the pros and cons of buying a new sofa, he informed us about the insurance which was very thoughtful of him. He even remembered to give instructions on how to clean the sofa.

Firstly, I would like to thank Kam who has been absolutely she was so welcoming and gave useful advice on furnitures that I’m willing to buy which I did. Thank you so much Kam. I have recently moved into a place and was lost to where to start in terms of buying the right furniture. Thank you so much Kam. Will definitely buy more items from here again.
