We were looking for a couch as we are buying our first home together and we were deciding between a couch at this store because it had storage, and another store because of the wider chaise design. Wasim came over and had a discussion with us about what we wanted out of the couch and pointed to another couch that wasn’t even on our Radar at first. He said it is a modular design so we could make it how we wanted. It ended up being the perfect couch, he handled the sale and let us design it all ourselves. He was friendly and professional through out and we would recommend furniture village in the future.

Shan of White City branch of Manchester has been being great in his customer service. He just called his day and left when I arrived but his colleague called him and he came back to deal with my order. And he asked the store manager for extra discounts for my whole order on top of the bank holiday discount, it saved me over£700.

From the moment we entered your store your sales lady couldn't do enough for us even moving furniture around so my wife's mobility scooter could manoeuvre more easily.
There was no pressure in trying to sell us something, in actual fact we spent twice as much as we intended which made my wife happy because she got better than she intended ten out of ten to her

Excellent service

I recieved an aurora settee which was lovely and comfortable in store but the one delivered to me on 15th Aug after 5 days cushions I sat on went flat and sliding off it
Went back to shop sat on same in store for 20 mins waiting for manager and was fine all I want is it refunded under section 2015 and then to collect not even had it two weeks at this point

Kam was sweet and helpful, she explained everything in detail and helped me when I was confused about some details.

All the staff were friendly and sweet.

We went into furniture Village in White City Retail Park on Saturday 29 th August,we were approached by a lady called Cathy Shaikh , even though we told her we wear just looking for ideas she couldn't have been anymore helpful,she was very knowledgeable about products and made a few suggestions we hadn't thought about, she was so good and helpful so much so we went back to see her today (Sunday) and bought a sofa and two chairs,it was a pleasure dealing with such a pleasant person,I would recommend Cathy to anyone .

Cathy Shaikh gave excellent customer service, talked us through the new trends, what material is fashionable and gave great insight as to how to set the lounge advising on colour schemes regarding what flooring would match the sofa and soft furnishings. I went into furniture village at White City today and was instantly greeted by David who was very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for him , he explained everything thoroughly fantastic customer service , I ended up purchasing the sofa once I got home and measured up , David was contactable straight away and within 15 minutes my sofa was ordered .

Now the countdown to my sofa 12 weeks to go thanks Furniture Village .

We bought with Dave today and what a pleasant gentleman he is he wasn’t pushy and really helped us with our decision today so much so that we had gone to the other shops nearby but came back to Funiture village and went back to speak to Dave and bought there and then so cannot wait until our delivery of our bed and tempur mattress thanks a lot Dave pleasure to have done business with you
