Amazing service from David at Furniture Village. My husband and I came in with two very bored kids and left with a brand‑new sofa we absolutely love. Important to say David was extremely patient with us all and kept the children happy with cookies and hot chocolate, and patiently walked us through all the sofa options and colours.

He even showed us dining tables when we mentioned we were considering one. We were there with him for over an hour and a half! We originally came for garden furniture (which they didn’t do) but ended up with our first ever brand‑new couch. Excellent customer service and a fantastic experience.

We had a visit to the shop today and had a good service from the staff Dinesh J .we really appreciate his effort

The wardrobe turned up on time and they were quick to assemble it however they didn’t put it where I asked it to be put and didn’t move it when I mentioned it

Kam helped us a lot. She showed us what sofa we was looking for and found the exact colour to match our other sofa. She really took her time to help us and helped us make an order.
