Lewis was very helpful and made ordering my new sofa very easy.

Rodger was extremely helpful, pleasant and informative. There was no pressure whatsoever in selling us our tables but just on hand to answer our questions. Time given to make our decisions and we were very happy with the whole experience.

Nice and relaxed environment to pick a bed in. Phil was helpful and never pressured the sale, we felt listened to and was ultimately happy with the purchase we made.

It was a great experience Kurtis at the Lincoln store was so helpful.

ONLY Complaint was first delivery was cancelled for no plausible reason. So I Did not receive my chair till after Christmas

The store had what we were looking for, it was all clearly explained and the transaction was very smooth.

made a big investment into an adjustable bed, to help with a major operation coming up.
bed arrived, the drivers said headboard wont go up the stairs, hardly trying. said you need to go back to the shop and order the 2 piece option. assembled the bed to could only be half built, due to wrong items, we had some items belonging to a mr brown.
Visited the store to be met with an aggressive response of hitting contract with a pen to say it was our fault, if it doesn't fit; if we don't take it we will be charged an extra 700 pound. (profit making at its best) dealings with the member of staff since and she has been very pleasant.
we are left with an bed that can only be half used; i am on the sofa till a solution found. a few days later get contacted to to say the have the correct parts, will arrive 4 days later, with mattresses, i said we already have, mattresses was asked if i am sure. contacted the store, the had it changed to next day, i asked they bring the headboard back.
2 new guys took the headboard straight up asking if the others had even tried; fitted new parts. now the remote control was missing. but at least i was back in a bed.
A few days later a second hand remote turned up, i suspect x store use
furniture village have given a £500 credit for the bed problems and a £50 so we keep the remote
i am left feeling i wish i had never entered the store. i have given a long explanation but not everything.
We spent more money thinking we had used a premier store;but carboot sale more the experience.
i am sure if the order is right and delivery staff put the effort in, its different.
But know if things go wrong you will need to fight.
the £700 for the headboard, that was claimed wouldnt fit; is worrying; possibly dishonest.
Some staff have fought and helped; but a fight not needed; just help for their errors

What a lovely bright and welcoming store. Wonderful selection of furniture. Roger was very polite with a really nice smile, very helpful and not at all pushy, quite the opposite very relaxed and chatty.
Looking forward to my new sofa being delivered

Having a salesman Roger who actually listt

Was great to know assistance was available without the sales push at any part. Roger was attentive and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. Appeared genuinely friendly. Thumbs up.

We saw a dinning set on line and visited the store, although the set we wanted was not in the store the salesman David was very helpful and helped us to purchase the online set.
