Door not apply for a job with this terrible company. Two inexperienced drivers will talk absolute rubbish. They had no knowledge of the furniture they sell. Nor did they have any idea of driving laws. Absolute joke of a company

Lovely showroom and very helpful. Steve gave us lots of information about the sofas we were having and also made us tea coffee and biscuits! Can certainly recommend.

We have ordered 2 of the 3 seater sofas.
We are waiting delivery, hoping all goes well.
We were not hastled by over eager staff trying to make a quick sale, but we're allowed to roam and try out any seating at ease.
We called over Phil, who explained in detail all about the chosen sofa. The pros and cons about choosing the right size, the cleaning and the guarantees.
All in all we had a nice quiet, comfortable experience. We would recommend to friends and family to shop at furniture village.

Very informative with my order ,came on time , the guys were very professional &put it together & cleared all packaging in no time at all . They were very helpful & polite. I was very impressed & would recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a new suite, a clock and a rug on 26th October 2025. Agreed to have the clock and rug delivered as soon as possible and the suite in Jan. We had to chase up deliveries for both consignments. Clock and rug delivered end of November but we stored them until after Xmas. The clock was unpacked in early January and worked for 2 hours and is now out of stock until March. Suite arrived today 27th Jan. It is a modular suite and is 2 completely different colours, some bits cream ( which is what we ordered) and other pieces are tan brown ( not what we ordered). Called the company who were rather vague and unhelpful so unclear how this will play out, apparently we have to wait until the delivery people file a report before anything can be done! Not impressed with the service to date, although the part of my suite that is correct is lovely and really comfortable. Just hope we don’t have to wait another 3 months for the rest of it to be replaced in the correct colour.

As long as everything goes smoothly, you’ll likely have a great experience. However, if anything goes wrong, be prepared for a very different story. Customer Service and Head Office have been extremely disappointing, with emails repeatedly ignored and issues continually brushed aside rather than properly addressed.

I’ve had to make multiple phone calls just to chase updates, only to be met with the same lack of action and communication. Unfortunately, the level of aftercare and customer support has fallen well below expectations.

Phil in sales was very genuine and very helpful.

Craig was a great help and did went above and beyond to get us a great deal.

Your salesman, Curtis Godber is very good at his job and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. He knows what he is talking about and puts the information over in an interesting way. He is a credit to the company. The furniture is well presented and the lighting and temperature of the store is pleasant. I would recommend Curtis and the company.

Staff member very helpful and explained all the different options for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him

We love Furniture Village we have placed several orders as you can see from our other reviews never really had any issues, however, our recliner did stop working, we contacted the store and was put through to the store manager Jake, who listened to the issue and instantly raised a service with the customer service department they contacted me promptly and after a little wait of about 3 weeks (understandable really) the recliner has been fixed thaks again furniture village

Craig at the Lincoln store was as absolute credit to your company, his knowledge was superb and he listened to me and advised me on fabrics suitable for my needs . He offered refreshments and seemed totally interested in me as a customer which as a retail manager myself I know is rare in this business!
